Flavour and texture are obviously hugely important factors when it comes to enjoying fine food. There is, however, an element of theatre when you sit down to dine. The style of the room obviously sets the tone and the grand interiors at Kinnettles Castle do a wonderful job of creating a sumptuous and dramatic sense of occasion.
As far as the cuisine itself is concerned, the award-winning chefs source ingredients locally wherever possible, with meats supplied by the local butcher in Dundee, and fresh fish from Scottish harbours.
