Your Itinerary —
Day 1: UK - Moscow
Upon arrival in the country you will be transferred to your hotel. Upon check in your will have time to explore this magnificent capital city whose gleaming domes and regal architecture never ceases to inspire.

After breakfast discover Russia's capital with a city tour which includes a visit to the amazing Kremlin, treasure house of magnificent art, after which you will be taken to 2 of the city's magnificent cathedrals. After lunch you will be transferred to Sergiev Posad. Upon arrival, you can head out and explore the city.
The historic ensemble of Sergiev Posad is of great interest for tourists and pilgrims as it is a place abundant in excellently preserved monuments of Russian culture, dating back to the XV-XVII centuries.

After breakfast you will be guided around this pretty area with a visit to St Trinity Lavra, the most famous UNESCO-protected monastery in Russia, followed by a trip to a toy factory & museum.
After lunch you will depart for Pereslavl Zaleski & the colourful domes & ornate interior of Cathedral of the Transfiguration. Afterwards there will be a visit to the iron museum & the museum of kettle & gramophones. Finally you will be transferred to Rostov the Great where you will check into your hotel.

After breakfast you will be delving into Russia's history with a special ticket for the Kremlin that gives you access to all of its exhibitions.Visit the Kremlin with the spécial ticket (giving access to all the exhibitions of the Kremlin)This will be followed by a concert of bells from the bell tower of Rostov Kremlin, whose chiming can be heard for miles and miles around.
After lunch you will be transferred to Yaroslavl where you will be taken on a city tour that includes a vistit to Spaso-Preobrazhensky Monastery, a fine example of the grandeur of Russian Orthodox churches. This will be followed by a trip to Tower bastille & a visit to the museum reserve Yaroslavl historical, architectural and artistic objects. Afterwards, you will be transferred to Kostroma.

Day 5: Kostroma - Suzdal
After breakfast you will be taken on a city tour of Kostroma which will include a visit to the Ipatiev Monastery whose white stone walls and gem green roof cuts an impressive image against the the backdrop of an amazing landscape. This will be followed by a visit to the museum of wooden architecture. After lunch you will be transferred to Suzdal where you will check into your hotel.

After breakfast you will be taken on a tour of this seemingly untouched 19th century town that will start at Suzdal Kremlin. This town is first & foremost a place of beauty: cute wooden cottages and gently sloping, flower-filled meadows are reflected in the clear river...the very picture of rural Russia.
Next is a trip to the monastery of Pokrov which will be followed by a trip to the picturesque St. Euthymius monastery, a 14th century monastery that features a seven-domed cathedral, covered in the intricate paintings that the Russian Orthodox church is so well known for.
After lunch, visit the Gold Room & Suzdal prison & then discover the daily lives of Russian farmers at the Museum of Rural Life. The evening is free to do as you wish.

Day 7: Suzdal - Vladimir - Moscow
After breakfast depart for Vladimir, a true gem that will delight you with its cluster of exquisite churches, some of the oldest in Russia. On the list of cathedral you will visit are Assumption Cathedral, Cathedral Dimitri & the iconic Golden Gates that guard the entrance. This will be followed by a visit to the historical museum.
After lunch, you will be transferred to Moscow where you will have the rest of the day to explore this impressive city.

Day 8: Moscow - UK
After breakfast you will be free to further explore the city before you are transferred to the airport in time for you flight home.
