Uncover the GUM Department Store which was built in the 19th century to house over 1000 private shops, which were located in the area of the Red Square. Today the world most famous designers’ names are all represented in its three shopping galleries. Move onto the Saint Saviour Cathedral situated on the left bank of the Moskva River on the site of the former Alexeyev Monastery. This cathedral was founded in 1839 and its construction went on for 40 years until it was destroyed in 1931 by the Bolsheviks (entry not included).

Metro and Arbat Street (3-Hour Walking Tour)
The Moscow Metro is generally acknowledged to be one of the most beautiful public underground transport systems in the world. Over the years the street has developed into one of the most popular spots in Moscow, with dancers, street artists, shops and cafes.
