Escape the hustle and bustle of Panama City and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of El Valle - a charming and verdant mountain village nestled inside a huge volcanic crater that formed five million years ago.
The journey to El Valle takes you on a scenic drive along the Pacific coast, passing over the famous "Bridge of the Americas" before climbing up to the mountain village. Once there, lace up your hiking boots and embark on the Cerro Gaital cloud forest trail, where you'll be treated to stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
At the end of the trail, take a moment to catch your breath and soak in the panoramic view of El Valle. On your way back to the village, make a stop to admire the famous "Piedra Pintada" - a magnificent ancient petroglyph that depicts a map of the area.
After a satisfying lunch (not included), head over to the local market for some shopping.
