City Tour & Panama Canal Tour
Panama City is often described as “three cities in one.” This tour highlights two of them: the historic Old Town (Casco Antiguo) and the modern city. The experience begins in the colonial district of Casco Antiguo, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you will discover emblematic landmarks such as the Golden Altar, Plaza de França, and Las Bóvedas.
The itinerary then continues to the Miraflores Locks, where you can observe the functioning of the Panama Canal and watch vessels pass through, depending on the official navigation schedule.
You will also enjoy views of the modern city skyline and the Cinta Costera, where the monument to Vasco Núñez de Balboa, the discoverer of the South Sea, stands prominently.
