Enjoying an ideal location in the resort of Palmeraie, the Villa 55 is a peaceful retreat, away from the bustling streets of Marrakech, yet has easy access to the sights and sounds that the city centre has to offer.

Marrakech is an intriguing city, where you can explore a completely different world of exoticism,  from the Jemaa El Fna, to the Menara, to any number of mosques, each uniquely designed and decorated. Visitors of this intoxicating place can also enjoy the largest souk (market place) in Morocco - this really is an experience that needs to be seen to be believed, with hundreds of small stalls selling all manner of objects, from the freshest foods, to beautiful boutiques offering lovely fabrics, pots, and decorations.

The obvious place to start is the Jemaa El Fna Square with its lively and exotic atmosphere packed with stalls, street cafes and even snake charmers! At night the square is lit and the smell of spices wafting through the streets is an experience not to be missed. A day trip to the nearby Atlas Mountains gives you the ability to leave the full-on nature of the city and escape into the blissful scenery of the picturesque mountains.

Villa 55 is a charming guest house, situated on the outskirts of Marrakech, in the heart of the Palmeraie.  The location means that you are close enough to reach the hustle and bustle of the magical city centre of Marrakech with ease, yet are able to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the Palmeraie resort.

Villa 55 offers its guests something a little different to most Riads or Hotels in the area.  A stay here will guarantee a truly unique experience!

You will be places in either the red, orange, blue or cinnamon Suite. Each is individually decorated with
a spacious living area and luxury bathrooms. Some feature a private garden too.

Your Board Basis —

This offer is based on a bed and breakfast stay.

Discover all the subtleties of Moroccan cuisine in an idyllic setting at a lunch or dinner at the pool! Subtle and refined dishes made with passion will simply allow you to enjoy the variety of Moroccan cuisine: couscous, tagine, pastillas, keftas … The chef also prepares French dishes and recipes inspired from the Mediterranean.

Breakfast revolves around the famous pancakes “msmen” served with  fresh fruit juice, a hot drink and our famous homemade bread. We also offer cereals, fruit salads, yoghurts … and much more.

Your Journey —

Flights: The flights included are with either a scheduled or no-frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.

Transfers: Private transfers are included when booking flights. The distance between airport and hotel is approximately 16km.

Meet & Greet —

If you are driving to the airport in the UK, and book our package including flights, you may wish to add our 'Meet and Greet' service. Take the hassle out of airport parking and have an official representative take your car on arrival, and it will be waiting for you on your return.

This can be added at the next stage of booking process where available.

Your Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel Documents —

Flight Inclusive Offers -

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.

Please check all details on this confirmation are correct.  If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents.  You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers, 'Meet & Greet', car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services.  Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your ‘Safe Senders’ list or check your ‘Junk mail’ regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
