The main restaurant of the hotel, designed in sparkling shades of green and purple in contrast to the austerity of grandiose architecture, Selman is a chic but casual dining place. With a direct link to the lobby the restaurant is made up of two parts; a large room with a fireplace sharing the perspective of the lobby and bar, and an extended covered patio.
Le Pavillion
The Pavillion is the perfect place to restore your energy at any time of the day. At the other end of the pool, it provides a stunning view over the stables and paddocks where the Selman's thoroughbred Arabian horses roam freely.
Assyl Restaurant
Using the finest craftsmen, Assyl restaurant is inspired by Ottoman and Andalusian decadence, meticulously decorated with sumptuous imperial furniture. The menu pays homage to traditional Moroccan cuisine and offers dinners an authentic taste sensation.
Ftour
During Ramadan, guests are invited to discover the idyllic Arabian Nights setting in the heart of the Assyl restaurant where an authentic dining experience and sumptuous buffet is served along with live music. Delightful dishes include Lebanese specialities, a sushi bar, barbecue and oyster bar!

For a break away from swimming in the pool, head to the bar where you can find a selection of light dishes featuring Mediterranean and international flavours and a range of refreshing drinks.
Bar Selman
Enjoy the timeless, baroque spirit of the Bar Selman with the intimate, cosy atmosphere and delicious drinks that are sure to entice. The bar is open late with a resident DJ and Jazz Nights every Thrusday.
