Riad Dar One is committed to sharing with its visitors the magnificent Moroccan culture, through its authentic and traditional style and design: located in the heart of the old town, protected from the heat and noise from the outside by its high walls, the Riad is arranged around a magnificent patio playing the role of the central lounge. It features a small indoor pool for guests to cool off in, as well as a rooftop terrace for sunbathing while enjoying panoramic views of the city.
Hidden at the bend of an alley behind an unassuming door the Riad Dar One is a property with charm and modern comforts.

Sleep

Located off the main open-air space are the floors where the 6 rooms of the Riad are located. Choose yours and enjoy your holiday with a complimentary bottle of wine and a traditional welcome gift.

- Oasis Room (19 m² / max 3 persons): Overlooking a small patio, the Oasis room has a fireplace and a private bathroom.

- Mirage Room (17 m² / max 2 persons): Tastefully decorated traditional Moroccan style, the Mirage room features beautiful beams and a charming private bathroom.

- Saint-Exupéry Room (20 m² / max 3 persons): More spacious, the Saint-Exupéry room allows you direct access to a large patio.

- Duna Room (20 m² / max 3 persons): The Duna room has a fireplace and a quaint little nook, ideal to relax in after a day of sightseeing.

- Little Prince Room (13 m² / max. 2 persons): Perfectly sized, the Little Prince room will charm you with its authentic design.

- Sirocco Room (16 m² / max 2 persons): The Sirocco room has a private terrace, perfect for private moments with your partner.

- Exclusive use of the Riad (178 m² / max 12 persons): Finally, if you wish to organise a memorable family celebration or an unforgettable stay with friends, treat yourself to the unique luxury of privatising the riad. The establishment and their terrace as well as services of a team of 5 people available 24 hours a day to assist you, advise you and prepare your meals (on request, with supplement).

Please note: the bed for the 3rd/4th guest sharing is likely to be a sofa bed or camp style bed.

Taste

Every morning, enjoy a delicious breakfast in the restaurant or on the Riad's terrace. Meals can also be prepared for your lunches and dinners, upon prior request and at an additional cost. Enjoy a meal at what some call one of the best tables in town.

Experience

For advice on discovering Marrakesh's hidden treasures, the Riad's staff are on hand to guide you.
Take advantage of a traditional cooking class taught in the La Vie en Rose; a country house and partner of the Riad. Take a driver and guide on an excursion to the Ourika Valley or go horse-riding in a picturesque setting close to Marrakesh. There is plenty to do in the Red City!

Flights: The flights included are with either a scheduled or no-frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.

By plane:
- Marrakesh International Airport is about 7km from the hotel, about 15 minutes by car.

Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel documents —

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours. Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible. 

Accommodation Only:
You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Flight Inclusive Offers
The airline is ticket-less and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website. You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents. We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
