Known as the Fortress City, Malta's capital, Valletta, is known for its Baroque-style architecture, with buildings from the 16th century creating a place of distinct historical beauty. As such, there are plenty of cultural attractions, including the National Museum of Archaeology, the National War Museum and the National Museum of Fine Arts. Make sure you also pay a visit to Manoel Theatre, Europe's third-oldest working theatre for exciting shows and rich interior design.

Valletta, today a world heritage site, is highly sought after by many tourists that visit the Maltese Islands but availability of high quality accommodation is very scarce. Casa Ellul will offer everything a discerning traveller needs for a comfortable stay in this wonderful city.

Your Hotel —

Although the precise date of Casa Ellul’s construction is not known, it was sometime around 1830 when an earlier building dating to Hospitaller times was demolished to make way for this new group of houses.

Central rooms, leading onto the courtyard, present a humbler, introverted experience with their timber-beam ceilings and diffused natural light. Designed as one of a group, the (so far anonymous) architect cleverly gave the entire building a seamless facade which unknowingly can be easily read as a singular palazzo.

A wonderful property which boasts plush decor and interiors, set in a fantastic location - this is the perfect base for your visit to Malta!

The spacious and quiet twin deluxe suites boast high ceilings and intricate warm coloured restored Maltese original floor tiles.  They are fully equipped with all of the facilities you would expect from a first class hotel and are the perfect home from home!

Your Board Basis —

This offer is based on a bed and breakfast stay.

Just for you:  set menu dinner at Zero Sei (3 courses plus glass of wine - once per person per stay) and a welcome drink upon arrival.

The ground floor area, apart from serving as the main reception, caters for the breakfast area which can be easily transformed into an intimate environment by night sprawling into the exclusive courtyard guarded by Heracles. Enjoy a refreshing breakfast each morning, before going out to explore Malta's cuisine in the many restaurants close by.

Guests are also treated to a refreshing welcome drink on arrival.

Your Journey —

Flights: The flights included are with either a scheduled or no-frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.

Transfers: Transfers are not included with this offer.  Distance between hotel and airport is approximately 8km.

Meet & Greet —

If you are driving to the airport in the UK, and book our package including flights, you may wish to add our 'Meet and Greet' service. Take the hassle out of airport parking and have an official representative take your car on arrival, and it will be waiting for you on your return.

This can be added at the next stage of booking process where available.

Your Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.

Please check all details on this confirmation are correct.  If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents.  You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers, 'Meet & Greet', car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services.  Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your ‘Safe Senders’ list or check your ‘Junk mail’ regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
