- Aquarius Rent a Car Airport Office can be found on Level 1 at Park East Parking Garage.
- Upon arrival at Malta International Airport, exit through the main entrance (do not go to coach parking).
- Once outside (facing the very large parking area), turn right and head to the Park East covered parking area (about 200 meters).

EXCESS DETAILS & EXCESS WAIVING OPTIONS
- Standard Insurance includes an excess of €800 for car hire and €1200 for Mini Van & Convertible Hire, in case of incidents, theft, and/or accidents. This amount will be blocked on a standard credit card as a pre-authorization.
- Option 1: Reduce excess from €800 to €350 by paying a fee of €8.50 daily + 18% VAT. (€350 will be blocked on credit card).
- Option 2: Reduce excess from €800 to €0 by paying a fee of €14.75 daily + 18% VAT. (€150 blocked on credit card for traffic violations, etc.).
- Option 3: Reduce excess from €800 to €0 by paying a fee of €20.00 daily + 18% VAT, including wheels & glass. (€150 blocked on credit or debit card for traffic violations, etc.).

Airport Fees
CREDIT CARD POLICY & SECURITY DEPOSIT
- A credit card in the main driver’s name is required for every rental. Debit cards are only accepted with Option 3 of the Excess Waiver.
- The excess amount will be pre-authorized on the credit card.
- Pre-authorization amounts may take up to 20 working days to be released. We are not responsible for any insufficient funds or bank fees related to this process.
- Electronic Cards, Virtual Cards, and American Express cards are not accepted.
VEHICLE RETURN & GRACE PERIOD
- Rental days are based on a 24-hour period starting at the time the vehicle is collected.
- A 30-minute grace time is allowed. After the grace period, an additional charge of €25 per hour will be charged.
CROSS BORDER POLICY
- The car is insured to be driven in Malta and Gozo only. The car cannot be taken outside these two islands.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- Free Cancellation up to 72 hours before rental starts.
LIABILITY MALTA NEXT
- MaltaNext ("the Provider") shall not be liable for any incidents, accidents, or issues arising from the actions or omissions of the client, supplier, or principal. The Provider is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages incurred by the Parties, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
DRIVERS LICENSE POLICY
- A valid driving licence in the name of the main driver and any additional drivers is required, held for a minimum of 1 year.
- An International Licence is also required if renting outside the country where the home licence was issued, or if the licence is not in the Roman alphabet.
- Clients should always check the validity of their driving licence before departing to Malta.

Flights:
You will be able to choose your airline and flight times when you make your booking, in either Economy, Premium, or Business class, depending on the destination and carrier. This flight may include one or more stopovers. Please review your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ, in order to offer the best price.
Luggage information
Luggage, meals and other services on board may be subject to an additional fee on certain airlines. It is possible to view details of luggage allowances when you choose your flights at the next stage of the booking process. If luggage is not included with your flight, please go to the airline's website before your departure to purchase your luggage for an additional fee.
For domestic flights, airlines do not always offer the option of reserving luggage. In this case, you will need to pay for it at the airport counter.
