You may choose from Economy or Premium class flights on sectors that they operate, at the next stage of the booking process.

 

The flights included are with either a scheduled or no-frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ. 

Transfers:

It may be possible to add return airport transfers at the next stage of the booking process for an additional fee (flight inclusive offers only - subject to availability).

        

For inbound transfer arrangements, please confirm with your transfer provider when you arrive. Alternatively, please check with the reception of your accommodation. If you still require assistance, please call the transfer provider directly.   

Car Hire:

For the freedom to explore your destination at your own pace, make the most of included car hire with your booking.

 

Please note you cannot be guaranteed a specific make of car within a certain group. The lead name on the booking will be confirmed as the named driver. The named driver must present a credit card in their name when collecting the car (credit cards in other names will not be accepted). The named driver must also present a full valid driving licence on the collection of the vehicle and in some cases, a credit card or cash deposit will be required. Please ensure that you check your car hire documents carefully once received as this will advise if there are any taxes/charges to be paid locally as well as potential mileage restrictions. Other fees may be applicable in addition to the cost of your car rental for any additional products added to your car rental.

 

Important information about offers without a flight:
To ensure that your rental car is available upon arrival, please notify us of your flight schedules within 48 hours of making your reservation by filling out the relevant form in your member account. Without this information, your car may not be available on time.

CAR RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Meeting Point will forward the car hire booking to Aquarius by email indicating client's name, travel window and hotel.
Booked car will be available from day after arrival until the eve before departure and shall be delivered to respective hotel free of charge.
Any bookings received by MPM not indicating car hire with clients opting to book one in resort, car will be depending availability and in resort conditions.
MPM Business Partner needs to ensure that the offer online is set up in a way that the clients are obligated to confirm that they have an interest in the free car rental.
MPM Business Partner will provide MPM/Aquarius with regular intervals the email addresses of the clients who will then be contacted by the car rental company.
Car Rental company will contact the clients to reconfirm the car, car type, number of cars needed, and any add-on services like baby seats or upgrades.
Upon confirmation of the car hire a deposit will be taken via secured website. This deposit will then be deducted from total rental cost.
Any other arrangements regarding change in drop off and pick up points & timings will have to be agreed between guest and car rental company.
All car drop off/pick ups will be from the hotel. Therefore airport-hotel-airport transfers need to be booked for those clients who desire prebooked transfers.
Car Hire company is requesting that car hire vouchers are bi-lingual with english to ensure the best possible service.
Any driver must be over 25 years of age and must present a valid driving license and credit card upon collection of the car.
Upon car collection clients will be requested to provide a credit card to cover for any incidentals like parking tickets, excess in case lower level insurance is chosen, etc.
The excess amount blocked as a pre-authorisation on the credit card is 350.00 and will be released again as per banking guidelines.
Should any of the Add-on Insurances be booked, then the pre-authorisation on the credit card will be reduced to €150.00
Cars need to be booked latest 48hrs before arrival to allow for logistical operations. Less than 48hrs will be on request.

Vehicle Collection / Airport
Cars collected and/or dropped off at the hotel - no delivery charges will apply during office hours 07:00—18:00hrs.
Cars collected and/or dropped off at the airport - on request only directly with car hire company and will apply for arrival/departure during office hours 09:00—18:00hrs.
Cars collected and/or dropped off at the airport between 07:00-09:00hrs and 18:00-01:00hrs a charge of 22€ will apply / one way
Cars collected and/or dropped off at the airport between 01:00-07:00hrs a charge of 35€ will apply / one way

Fuel
Cars will be delivered with a full tank of fuel. Clients are required to return the vehicles with a full tank filled to the top and not just the indicator of the dashboard.
Clients not returning the car fully tanked will be charged for the missing fuel as well as an administration fee of €35 + 18% VAT (41.30€).

Drivers
Drivers between 21-24yrs and 70-74.99 yrs have to pay a supplement of € 08.50 per day per driver
Drivers being 75 years old and older have to pay a supplement of € 08.50 per day and need a doctor's certificate confirming eligibility to drive.
