Diani Beach
Tsavo National Park
Tsavo East, one of the last great wilderness landscapes on Earth, offers a vast arena of parched scrub and heat-shimmering bush, which is washed by the azure waters of the Galana River, guarded by the Yatta Plateau and patrolled by some of the largest elephant herds in the world.
Tsavo West National Park, on the other hand, offers a panorama of sensational landscapes - from swamps, natural springs and rocky peaks to extinct volcanic cones, rolling plains and outcrops dusted with greenery. Offering crystal clear water gushing from the lava rock that is the Mzima Springs, to the Acacia woodlands and magnificent game viewing, Tsavo West is a beautiful, rugged wilderness.
Amboseli
Amboseli is world-famous for its populations of large mammals, most especially elephants of which there are around 700. The swamps are a centre of activity for elephants, hippos, buffaloes and abundant water birds. The surrounding flat grasslands are home to grazing antelopes. Spotted hyenas are plentiful, as are jackals, warthogs, olive baboons and vervet monkeys.

Surrounded by ancient baobab trees and swaying palms, a definite sense of history lingers around this property, with the influence of the Sultans of Zanzibar felt in the hotel's rich Arabian décor and the various antiques that dot the interiors. Depending on the duration of your trip, you will enjoy one of the following Safari options.
1 Night Tsavo East Safari
After an early breakfast, you will be picked up from your beach hotel at 6 am and will depart towards Tsavo East National Park (12,000 sq kms). Upon entering the park, the driver will open the roof of your bus, so you can stand up with the wind in your hair.
Welcome to Africa, the safari has begun!
Tsavo is the largest national park in Kenya and is split into East and West by the highway. You will arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and later enjoy time for relaxation before setting off back into the park for your afternoon game drive. Return to the lodge as the sun sets. Overnight at Lion Hill Lodge or similar.
Day 2: Tsavo East - Diani (approx. travel time: 4hrs / 245km)
Take an early morning game drive then drive back to your hotel, arriving in the late afternoon.
2 Nights Tsavo East / Tsavo West Safari
After an early breakfast, you will be picked up from your beach hotel at 5 am and will depart towards Tsavo East National Park (12,000 sq kms). Upon entering the park the driver will open the roof of your bus, so you can stand up with the wind in your hair. You will arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and later enjoy time for relaxation before setting off back into the park for your afternoon game drive. Return to the lodge as the sun sets. Overnight at Rhino Valley Lodge or similar.
Day 2: Tsavo West – Tsavo East (approx. travel time: 2h / 130km)
Take an early morning game drive in the park then proceed to Tsavo East National Park. You will arrive in time for lunch at the lodge. After some moments of relaxation, you will head into the park for an evening game drive in the park till sunset. Overnight Lion Hill Lodge or similar.
Day 3: Tsavo East – Diani
Take an early morning game drive in the park then drive back to beach hotel arriving late in the afternoon.
3 Night Tsavo East / Tsavo West Safari
After an early breakfast, you will be picked up from your beach hotel at 5 am and will depart towards Tsavo East National Park (12,000 sq kms). Upon entering the park the driver will open the roof of your bus, so you can stand up with the wind in your hair. You will arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and later enjoy time for relaxation before setting off back into the park for your afternoon game drive. Return to the lodge as the sun sets. Day 2: Tsavo West – Amboseli (approx. travel time: 4h / 200km)
After an early breakfast, depart to Amboseli National Park. If the weather is clear you’ll catch sight of the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro directly ahead. You will arrive in plenty of time for lunch. After some time for relaxation or a dip in the inviting swimming pool, set out into the national park for a game drive. Return to the camp as the sun sets. Overnight at Amboseli AA Lodge similar.
Day 3: Amboseli – Tsavo East (approx. travel time: 2h / 130km)
Enjoy an early morning game drive in the park then proceed to Tsavo East National Park. Arrive in time for lunch at the lodge after which, you will have time for some moments of relaxation. you will then head out again for an evening game in the park till sunset. Overnight Lion Hill Lodge or similar.
Day 4: Tsavo East – Diani
Take an early morning game drive in the park then drive back to beach hotel arriving late in the afternoon.

Half Day Mombasa City Tour
Visit the famous Elephant Tusks along Moi Avenue then proceed to visit the historic old town, dominated by the medieval Fort Jesus built by the Portuguese in the 16th Century with its ancient mosques and narrow bustling streets, the old dhow harbour. Proceed to visit the Spice market, go shopping and drive back to the hotel. (Fort Jesus Museum Entry fees of 12$ per person are not included - This will be payable directly on the spot if you wish to enter the Museum).
