Day 1 & 2
DAY 1: NAIROBI
The capital and largest city of Kenya, Nairobu is a cultural hub often nicknamed the 'Green City in the Sun' for its pleasant climate and lush greenery. With a melting pot of cultures, languages, and ethnicities, it enjoys a rich and diverse food, music and arts scene.
Nairobi boasts several notable landmarks and attractions, including Nairobi National Park, Karen Blixen Museum, Nairobi National Museum, the Giraffe Centre and Maasai Market among many others.
- Airport welcome and transfer to your city hotel.
Overnight stay in Boulevard Hotel (or similar).
DAY 2: NAIROBI - MASAI MARA (175 miles / 5 hours)
- Meet the driver at reception.
- Travel to the Masai Mara.
- Afternoon game drive until sunset.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Overnight stay at Drunken Elephant Mara (or similar).
Day 3 & 4
DAY 3: MASAI MARA
Discover landscapes of immense rolling plains, forests, riverine forests and hills - which are home to millions of animals. The famous Mara River hosts the annual wildebeest migration spectacle. The Masai Mara reserve is also a paradise for birds, with over 450 different species.
- Full day in the Masai Mara.
- Return to the lodge at sunset.

DAY 4: MASAI MARA - LAKE NAIVASHA (175 miles / 5 hours)
Home to a wide variety of bird species, including African fish eagles, pelicans, and cormorants, it's also home to a population of hippos. Take a boat trip to get closer to the wildlife (optional, extra cost) and enjoy picnics along its pretty shores, or explore nearby attractions such as Crescent Island Game Park.
- Enjoy an early morning safari.

Check-in at the Great Rift Valley Lodge.
Days 5-8
- Depart for Amboseli National Park.
- Set off on an afternoon safari.
- Return to the camp at sunset.

DAY 6: AMBOSELI - TSAVO EAST (195 miles / 5 hours)
Admire volcanic hills, and rivers as well as large numbers of animal and plant species which made for an incredible photo opportunity.
- Early morning safari.
- Depart for Tsavo East National Park.
- Afternoon safari until sunset.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Overnight stay at Lion Hill Lodge.
DAY 7: TSAVO EAST - MOMBASA (150 miles / 4 hours)
- Early morning game drive in the park.
- Upon your return to the lodge, enjoy breakfast.
- Drive to Mombasa.
- Transfer to your hotel on Diani Beach.

Masai Mara Hot Air Baloon Safari
Experience an unforgettable moment with a hot air balloon safari over the Masai Mara, a real must in Kenya.
Practical information about your excursion:
Itinerary:
- Wake up at 4.00 am.
- Transport to Fig Tree Camp at 4.30 am (this will depend on how far away guests are staying).
- It will be dark and the road will be a bit bumpy.
- Wear warm, comfortable clothing and suitable shoes - hats are very useful.
- Don't forget to bring your binoculars.
- Arrive at Fig Tree Camp at 6.00 am.
- Tea or coffee will be served, after which there will be a final bathroom break.
- Transport to the balloon launch site takes 5 minutes and departs at 6.15 am.
- The launch takes place at 6.30 am - a briefing is given by the pilot as soon as you are in the balloon.
- The flight lasts approx. 1 hour.
- After landing, you will be taken to the location where you will have breakfast with champagne.
- The champagne breakfast lasts from 8.00 am to 9.30 am.
- Return transfer to your lodge between 10:00 and 11.30 am.
