Enjoy a sunny and colorful holiday! Fly to the island of Burano, a few kilometres from Venice. With its canals, bridges, fishing boats and rainbow houses, Burano is the envy of the other Venitian islands. You will feel both at home and welcomed by the locals. Known for its craftsmanship in lace making, the island has lost none of its charm and traditions.

Your Hotel —

Located just five miles from the iconic city of Venice in Italy, elegant and luxurious Casa Burano offers the ideal base from which to explore or relax in between adventures. Casa Burano was created by renovating five houses in the heart of the community to offer a sense of really ‘living’ in Burano.

Sleep

The Casa Burano was renovated in 2016 and features 13 stylish maisonettes. Upon arrival, enjoy a welcome drink (per person and per stay).

- Superior Room (20 m² / max 2 persons): Fully equipped, the Superior room has furniture made from Italian craftsmanship.

- Junior Suite (30 m² / max 2 persons): Modern and elegant, the Junior Suite is fully equipped and perfect for a relaxing holiday.

- Suite (40 m² / max 2 persons): Treat yourself to the spacious and luxurious suite for a relaxing and enjoyable escape.

Please note: the bed for the 3rd/4th guest sharing is likely to be a sofa bed or camp style bed.

Taste

After a good night's sleep in your room at Casa Burano, enjoy a delicious breakfast. Head to Osteria Contemporanea or the Venissa and enjoy €10 discount in these two restaurants (per room and per stay).

You will not have time to get bored at the Casa Burano! Located on one of the most famous lagoons in the world, Venice, the hotel is close to a multitude of remarkable sites. From the canals to the Venetian palaces, to the lace workshops and the vineyards of the region, your stay will be rich in discoveries.

Please note: Visitors have two options for check in:

1 - Arrive at Hotel Venissa (located 10-15 minutes walk from Burano) and then be accompanied to Casa Burano. Enjoy a welcome drink as well as a €10 voucher to be used in the restaurant.
2 - Notify the hotel when taking the boat. Someone will then accompany guests to the hotel, a 5-minute walk away. Enjoy a welcome drink as well as a €10 voucher to be used in the restaurant.

It is compulsory to inform the hotel of the chosen option. During the summer, because of the high temperatures, it is advisable to choose option n° 2.
Opening hours of the Venissa (main hotel): from 09:00 to 21:00.

By plane:
- Venice Marco Polo Airport is located about 3.7km from the boat to the hotel.

Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel documents —

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours. Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible. 

Accommodation Only:
You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Flight Inclusive Offers
The airline is ticket-less and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website. You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents. We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
