If booking as a single traveller, room occupancy is not guaranteed. You may be placed in either a single, double or twin room, based on the availability of the property at the time.

Your contact details may be passed on to the hotel so that they can make contact with you to discuss your booking in advance of your arrival.

You may be asked to provide a credit/debit card deposit on arrival to cover any purchases made in the hotel.

Although we endeavour to provide up to date information we cannot guarantee that all hotel facilities and services will be available during your stay, especially when travelling out of the main holiday periods.

Car rental conditions:  

Minimum age: 19, with at least 12 months driving experience. 

Young driver supplement: At the time of collection of the vehicle, if the customer or the additional drivers are less than 25 years old, there is an additional young driver charge for each young driver  

Documents required on site:

• Driving license
• A valid credit card (for some vehicles, two cards in the name of the driver are required)
• The photo on the document must be recognisable and have been taken during the past 10 years. This can be on a passport, national identity card, a driver’s licence, or any type of identification document issued by the competent authority. 

The customer may be asked to produce a document that confirms his/her residence, such as a recent utility bill or a bank statement showing their address. If the address is shown on the licence that can be accepted as proof of residence.

Prepaid cards are not accepted, with the exception of those with the Visa or MasterCard logo which can only be used to pay the balance at the time of closing the rental.  

Cards must be in the name of the driver. 

Collection and return instructions: Pick-up and drop-off at the airport. Office hours will be indicated in a second voucher after booking.

Addtional information: 

There is unlimited km but the fuel is the responsibility of the driver who must return the vehicle with the initial fuel level.

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.
