But arguably the most spectacular thing about Tuscany is the breathtaking scenery. Central Tuscany is dotted with medieval hilltop fortresses, vine-planted hillsides and sculptural stands of cypress trees; the northwest and east harbour boast dramatic mountain ranges and fecund forests; and the central and southern coasts feature a garland of islands floating tantalisingly close to a shoreline teeming with wildlife. The range of outdoor activities on offer is equally diverse, contributing to the region's reputation as a repository of grand-slam sights and experiences unmatched anywhere in the world.

In a wonderful rural location between Florence and Pisa, this small hotel features self-contained apartments, decorated in a charmingly rustic style.

An outdoor pool, tennis courts and horse riding facilities make this an excellent choice for families with children or active couples. Thes restaurant serves excellent traditional cuisine using local seasonal produce.

You are around an hour's drive to culture-filled Florence, as well as charming Pisa and San Gimignano.

Your spacious apartment is large enough for a family of 3, and includes one bedroom with a double bed, a living and dining area and a kitchenette. It is light and airy, with an elegant and tranquil feel.

Your Board Basis —

This offer is based on a bed and breakfast stay. Just for you: a welcome drink.

You may choose to upgrade to Half Board dining (breakfast and evening meal served in main restaurant - excludes drinks) at the next stage of booking process for an additional fee.

The hotel's restaurant looks out over the swimming pool and serves typical Italian cuisine, with fresh fish dishes and delicious local produce to delight your taste buds. These are matched with excellent local wines from the Chianti region and beyond.

Your Time —

Just for you: One spa access per person per stay.

You may choose to add 3 hours horse riding at the next stage of booking process for an additional fee.

The Wellness Centre is equipped with sauna, hydrotherapy and Turkish bath. Perfect for relaxing in the colder months.

In the summer months, take a dip in the outdoor pool, surrounded by beautiful views of rural Italy.

There are two tennis courts on site, where you can practice your serve!

The on-site stables provide horse riding lessons for all levels - a wonderful way to explore your surroundings.

Your Journey —

Flights: The flights included are with either a scheduled or no frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.

Transfers: Transfers are not included.  The time/distance between Pisa airport and hotel is approximately 45 minutes/50km.

Car Hire: Car hire is not included but can be added at the next stage of booking process for an additional fee (flight inclusive offers only)

Meet & Greet —

If you are driving to the airport in the UK, and book our package including flights, you may wish to add our Meet and Greet service. Take the hassle out of airport parking and have an official representative take your car on arrival, and it will be waiting for you on your return.

This can be added at the next stage of booking process where available.

Car Hire —

Please note you cannot be guaranteed a specific make of car within a certain group.

The minimum age for driving a hire car in Italy is 21 and drivers must have held a full driving licence for a least 1 year. You must present a full valid driving licence on collection of the vehicle and in some cases a credit card or cash deposit.

Please ensure that you check your car hire documents carefully once received as this will advise if there are any taxes/charges to be paid locally as well as potential mileage restrictions.

Your Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel Documents —

Flight Inclusive Offers

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.

Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers, Meet & Greet, car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services. Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
