Your suggested 7-night stay:
DAY 1: ARRIVE IN NAPLES → MASSA LUBRENSE
Arrive at Naples Airport, collect your hire car and follow the curves of the Bay of Naples south to Massa Lubrense, where lemon groves tumble towards the sea, and the pace softens almost immediately. Settle into Sea Breeze Residence, tucked between rocky coves and pine-covered hills on the quieter edge of the Sorrento Peninsula. Spend the afternoon wandering sleepy lanes scented with jasmine and citrus, or simply sit with an espresso as fishing boats drift across the horizon. As evening falls, the light over Capri turns silver-blue, and the first plates of seafood begin appearing on candlelit terraces.
Included:
- Arrive at Naples Airport (NAP)
- Pick up your car hire
- Night at Sea Breeze Residence
DAY 2: MASSA LUBRENSE ⇄ CAPRI
A morning transfer brings you to the port, where a motorboat slips out across the Gulf of Naples towards Capri, its limestone cliffs rising sharply from the sea. Cruising beneath the island’s dramatic coastline, you pass sea caves glowing green and white, the sculpted Faraglioni rocks and the lonely Punta Carena lighthouse standing against the open water. Once ashore, Capri reveals itself in polished piazzas, hidden gardens and narrow lanes lined with bougainvillaea and designer boutiques. Return to Massa Lubrense in the late afternoon, when the sea is calm and the cliffs of the peninsula glow amber in the fading light.
Included:
- Breakfast included
- 1 x boat trip to Capri per booking per stay
- Night at Sea Breeze Residence
DAY 3: MASSA LUBRENSE
Today is free to enjoy at your own pace on the Sorrento Peninsula, whether that means a slow morning by the water, a long seafood lunch or a walk through olive groves above the coast. For those wishing to explore further, an optional full-day boat excursion along the Amalfi Coast is available at extra cost. The route passes the protected waters of Punta Campanella, and the Li Galli islands before reaching Amalfi and Positano, where cathedral squares, pastel houses and steep alleyways cling dramatically to the cliffs. Ravello may also be visited independently from Amalfi during free time if desired, though transport is not included.
Included:
- Breakfast included
- Night at Sea Breeze Residence
Optional:
- Amalfi Coast boat tour (from Sorrento)
DAY 4: MASSA LUBRENSE
Another free day to explore at your own pace with a chance to opt for exploration of the ancient streets of Pompeii, where villas, bathhouses and faded frescoes still carry echoes of Roman life halted by the eruption of Vesuvius in AD 79. Stone roads worn smooth by chariot wheels lead past silent courtyards and weathered temples, with Mount Vesuvius still looming beyond the ruins. An optional guided tour with priority access is available on selected mornings for a deeper insight into the site’s remarkable history. Later, continue to Sorrento, where artisan workshops spill onto narrow lanes and Marina Grande’s fishing boats bob beside waterfront trattorias. End the day with an aperitivo overlooking the Bay of Naples as dusk settles across the headlands.
Included:
- Breakfast included
- Night at Sea Breeze Residence
Optional:
- Tour of Pompeii: Guided Walk with Priority Access
DAY 5: MASSA LUBRENSE → ISCHIA
After breakfast, drive back to Naples to return your hire car before continuing by ferry to Ischia, the volcanic island long favoured for its thermal waters and slower rhythm of life. Arriving by sea, you glimpse pastel harbours, terraced hillsides and castle walls rising above the shoreline. Transfer to the Regina Palace Hotel and spend the remainder of the day settling into the island’s gentle pace. Small cafés spill onto sunlit piazzas, while the scent of wild herbs drifts through the warm coastal air.
Included:
- Breakfast included
- Drop off your car hire
- Ferry transfer to Ischia
- Night at Hotel Regina Palace Terme 4*
DAY 6: ISCHIA
Today is entirely free to enjoy Ischia as you wish, whether that means wandering through shaded gardens, lingering beside the harbour or finding a quiet stretch of volcanic shoreline. Those seeking a deeper sense of relaxation may choose an optional visit to the Poseidon Thermal Gardens at extra cost, including transfers and entrance tickets. Set beside Citara Bay, the complex features thermal pools of varying temperatures, sea views and natural steam grottos carved into the rock. Between dips in the mineral-rich waters, there are shaded terraces, wellness treatments and peaceful corners overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. Return to your hotel for another tranquil evening on the island.
Included:
- Breakfast included
- Night at Hotel Regina Palace Terme 4*
Optional:
- Giardini Poseidon Terme visit
DAY 7: ISCHIA ⇄ PROCIDA
Enjoy another slow morning on Ischia or choose an optional excursion to nearby Procida at extra cost, including hydrofoil crossings and guided island transport. Smaller and quieter than its neighbours, Procida unfolds in faded pinks, yellows and blues, with washing lines strung between tightly packed fishermen’s houses. Explore Marina Corricella’s waterfront cafés, tiny harbours and the hilltop district of Terra Murata, where sea views stretch across the Gulf of Naples. The island moves at an unhurried pace, with narrow lanes, sun-bleached walls and a distinctly local atmosphere that feels far removed from the mainland. Return to Ischia in the afternoon as the ferries cut back across the glittering bay.
Included:
- Breakfast included
- Night at Hotel Regina Palace Terme 4*
Optional:
- Half-day tour of Procida
DAY 8: ISCHIA → DEPARTURE FROM NAPLES
After breakfast, transfer to Naples Airport for your onward flight. The islands fade behind the ferry routes and headlands, but the scent of lemon groves, volcanic stone and sea air lingers long after departure.
Included:
- Breakfast included
- Departure from Naples Airport (NAP)
