The maximum vehicle pick-up time is the one specified in the times indicated above. After this time, if the passenger's flight is delayed, customers are required to urgently notify the car rental agency of the new arrival time as scheduled, as described on their Sicilissimo voucher. Sicilissimo will not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by undelivered vehicles due to customers' failure to provide information to the rental agency. Rental agencies may charge customers a surcharge for after-hours delivery if the rental agency confirms the delay. A credit card will be required upon arrival for the deposit (NO debit/Bancomat, Postepay, or similar prepaid cards).

Car Rental Conditions:

Pick-up and drop-off will take place at the airport. The price includes:

- Unlimited mileage

- (VAT) 22%

- Airport taxes and charges (12% of the rental price)

- Insurance:

CDW: covers the risk of damage to the vehicle with a deductible of €1,210.00;

TW: total or partial theft or fire of the vehicle with a deductible of €1,710.00;

The price does not include:

- Anything not explicitly mentioned in "the price includes"

- Additional driver fees

- Car collection fees outside office hours

- Traffic fines and fuel, for which a security deposit must be paid by credit card upon arrival.

- The deposit will be refunded provided the car is returned with a full tank of fuel; otherwise, in addition to the fuel surcharge, an additional service fee of approximately €12.50 will apply.

- Kasco surcharge (excess waiver) per day: €16.00:

Mandatory conditions:

A security deposit on your credit card will be required upon arrival at the agency.

The deposit will be returned provided the vehicle is returned in an accident-free condition and with a full tank of gas. Otherwise, in addition to the additional fuel, a surcharge of approximately €12.50 will be charged for the service.

The rates indicated are valid for periods of a minimum of 1 day (1 x 24 hours).

The vehicle must be returned at the same time as the pick-up time. Any delay of more than 30 minutes will result in a one-day surcharge based on the official local rate applied by the rental company, payable on site.

Minimum driver age: 25 years old and have held a driver's license for more than one year.

Please note that from 21 to 24 years old, you can rent a car with a "Young Driver" surcharge of €21.00 per day, payable on site at the car rental counter.

If the specified car group is no longer available, another group with the same or better specifications will be provided.

Only the holder of the rental agreement and any additional drivers are authorized to drive if they are listed on the rental agreement. Therefore, any incident caused by a person unauthorized to drive the vehicle will not be covered by insurance.

The driver: The driver of the car must be in possession of a credit card and a valid original driver's license (no photocopies, no loss reports, etc.). This will be requested at the car rental counter. If the residential address is not indicated on the driver's license, a valid ID card will be required.

Terms of Use:

- The maximum waiting time for car rentals is until midnight. After this time, and if the passenger's flight has been delayed, the customer is required to inform the car rental agencies of the new scheduled arrival time.

- In the event of non-use or partial use of the rental vehicle, no refund will be issued.

- EUROPCAR and HOLIDAY CAR RENTAL car rental companies only accept the following debit cards, issued exclusively by banking institutions: VISA DEBIT, MASTERCARD DEBIT, and V-PAY. Prepaid and/or electronic cards belonging to the circuits described above and not linked to a customer's bank account will not be accepted.

No car rental services are provided at Comiso Airport.

Important information regarding offers

If you book a package that includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package that does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as an agent for the accommodation provider.
