RMKS: The maximum vehicle pick-up time is the one indicated in the schedules above. After this deadline, if the passengers' flight has been delayed, customers are required to urgently communicate the new expected arrival time to the car rental agency as described on their own Sicilissimo voucher. Sicilissimo will not be held responsible for any inconvenience due to cars not delivered due to lack of information to the carriers by the customers. Rental companies may charge a supplement to customers for vehicle delivery after closing if the wait is confirmed by the rental company to the customers. A credit card will be required upon arrival for the deposit (NO debit card / "Bancomat" or "Postepay" or similar prepaid cards).

Car rental conditions: Pick-up and return will take place at the airport.

The price includes:

• Unlimited mileage
• (VAT) 22%
• Airport charges and taxes (12% of the rental price)
• Insurance: CDW: covering the risks of damage caused to the vehicle with a deductible of € 1,210.00; TW: total or partial theft or fire of the vehicle with a deductible of € 1,710.00;

The price does not include:

• Anything not explicitly mentioned in "the price includes"
• Fees for additional drivers
• Fees for collecting cars outside office hours
• Fines and fuel for which a security deposit will have to be paid by credit card upon arrival.
• The deposit will be refunded provided that the car is returned with a full tank; failing this, in addition to the fuel supplement, an additional fee of approximately € 12.50 will be applied for the service.
• Kasco supplement (deductible elimination) per day: € 16.00

Mandatory conditions: A security deposit on your credit card will be required upon arrival at the agency. The deposit will be refunded provided that the car is returned undamaged and with a full tank of fuel, otherwise, in addition to the fuel top-up, an additional charge of approximately €12.50 will be requested for the service. The indicated rates are valid for periods of a minimum duration of 1 day (1 x 24 hours). The vehicle must be returned at the same time as the pick-up, any delay of more than 30 minutes will result in an additional day's charge based on the official local rate applied by the rental company, to be paid on site. Minimum driver's age: 25 years and in possession of a driver's license for more than one year. Please note that from 21 years to 24 years, there is the possibility to take the car with a "Young driver" supplement of €21.00 per day to be paid at the car rental counter. If the specified car group is no longer available, another group with the same or higher characteristics will be provided. Only the holder of the rental letter and the additional drivers listed on the rental letter are authorized to drive. Any incident caused by a person not authorized to drive the vehicle will not be covered by the insurance. The driver: the driver of the car must be in possession of the credit card and the original valid driver's license (not a photocopy, not a lost/stolen declaration, etc.) will be required at the car rental counter. If the residential address is not shown on the driver's license, a valid ID card will be required.

Conditions of use:

• The maximum waiting time for the car rental is until midnight. After this deadline and if the passengers' flight has been delayed, the customer is required to inform the car rental agencies of the new expected arrival time.
• In case of non-use or partial use of the rental vehicle, no refund will be granted.
• The EUROPCAR and HOLIDAY CAR RENTAL car rental companies only accept the following debit cards, provided only by banking institutions: VISA DEBIT, MASTERCARD DEBIT, V-PAY. Prepaid and/or electronic cards belonging to the circuits described above and not linked to a customer's bank account will not be accepted.

No car rental service is provided at Comiso airport.

Important information about offers without flights: In order for your rental car to be available upon your arrival, please provide us with your flight schedules within 48 hours of your booking by filling out the dedicated form in your member account. Without this information, your car may not be available in time.

If you book a package that includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package that does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as an agent for the accommodation provider.
