Included Lipari and Vulcano Mini-Cruise
Set sail for a day of discovering Lipari and Vulcano Islands!
Board your boat and depart from the port of Milazzo around 9:30 am* (time to be reconfirmed).
Lipari is the largest and most populated of the Aeolian archipelago. This island was once the centre of the obsidian trade, volcanic glass and producer of pumice. Enjoy free time to discover at your own pace.
We recommend: a visit to the Citadel, the church of San Bartolomeo (the patron saint of the island), or the Aeolian Archaeological Museum. Stroll through the narrow and picturesque streets of the historic centre browsing pretty boutiques and immersing yourself in a typical Aeolian lifestyle...
Board your boat at the agreed time and depart Lipari for your next destination, Vulcano. This island is surrounded by sulphurous fragrances due to the various volcanic activity.
We recommend: a walk through the insta-worthy narrow streets of the small village, experience the volcanic black sand beach and visit the thermal mud pools (depending on opening hours - entrance fees apply).
Please note, if you are planning to visit the mud pools, swimwear may become stained and expect a strong smell of sulphur on your skin and clothing after your visit. The glorious benefits of the mud pools for your skin come at a price!
Depart the small port of Vulcano Island at about 17:00* (time to be reconfirmed) and set sail for the port of Milazzo (arrival approximately 18:00).

- If the excursion is not carried out due to weather conditions, technical problems with the ship or cancellation by the shipping company, there will be no refund.
- Due to meteorological reasons, the day, departure/arrival times and itinerary can be changed.

This offer is based on a Bed and Breakfast stay. Due to the current health situation, restaurants and buffets may be closed or limited in number. We strongly recommend that you contact the hotel for further information two days prior to arrival.
For an indulging stay, choose to upgrade to Half Board (breakfast and evening meal served in the main restaurant - excludes drinks) at the next stage of the booking process for an additional fee. Nowhere is this clearer than in Palermo, the island’s capital, with its variety of religious monuments and cuisine, or the chic town of Taormina, with its ancient theatre - a rare treasure of Greek and Roman architecture.
In the northeast of the island, Mount Etna presides over the city of Catania, with its UNESCO-listed historic centre and grandiose palazzos. If you’re pining for a more relaxed stay, the fishing village of Cefalu is a wonderful spot, with plenty of vantage points for stunning coastal views and a variety of beaches with crystal-clear waters. In the south of the island, Licata is a quieter, family-friendly destination with a tranquil beach and delicious fresh seafood.
