You will be able to choose your airline and flight times when you make your booking. This flight may include one or more stopovers. The stopover may be technical (without a change of aircraft) or transit (with a change of aircraft).
Luggage information
Baggage, meals and other services on board certain flights may be subject to a charge. You will find out whether your airfare includes baggage when you choose your airline and timetable. The car can be picked up at the airport of arrival. IMPORTANT: Please note that the main driver is the first name entered at the time of purchase. The maximum pick-up time is as indicated in the timetable above. After this time, if the passenger's flight has been delayed, customers are required to urgently communicate the new arrival time to the car rental agency and as described on the Sicilissimo voucher. Sicilissimo will not be liable for any inconvenience caused by cars not being delivered due to a lack of information to the car hire companies from customers. Car hire companies may charge customers an additional fee for delivery of vehicles after closing time if the wait is confirmed by the car hire company to the customers. Super TW (theft waiver) insurance eliminates the deductible if the vehicle is stolen.
The customer is always obliged to file a police report, regardless of the type of insurance taken out; therefore, unreported damage will be fully charged to the customer.
The insurance does not cover damage to the chassis, windows, vehicle roof, passenger compartment, tyres, loss of keys, documents, etc.
The insurance does not cover damage reported as a result of improper use of the vehicle, careless or dangerous use (e.g. driving the car on an unpaved road or in poor condition; or driving while intoxicated; etc.).
Only the holder of the rental agreement and additional drivers are authorised to drive if they are indicated on the rental agreement. Therefore, any event caused by an unauthorised person driving the vehicle will not be covered by the insurance.
The deposit will be returned to you if the car is returned undamaged and with a full tank of petrol. Otherwise, in addition to the fuel surcharge, a service charge of approximately 12.50 € will be applied. The indicated rates are valid for periods of at least 1 day (1 x 24 h).
The vehicle must be returned at the same time it was picked up. Any delay of more than 30 minutes will incur an additional charge of one day according to the official local rate applied by the rental company, to be paid on the spot.
Please note that from 21 to 24 years of age there is the possibility to take the car with a "Young Driver" supplement of € 21.00 per day to be paid on the spot at the car rental desk.
If the specified car group is no longer available, another group with the same or better features will be provided.
