During your stay, be sure to set off and discover the very many quality restaurants serving delicious, authentic Sicilian cuisine, including Battimandorlo, Dammuso, Crocefisso and Agriturismo Marianeddi, to name but a few. Savour local specialities including buccellato, busiati, cucciddateddi or lardu chinu.

 

Before the sun sets, do like the locals, and set off for an evening stroll on the Corso di Noto - the city's animated main street. Be sure to stop for a thirst-quenching 'aperitivo' or a 'gelato al mandarino' at the iconic Caffe Sicilia and drink in the sights and sounds of Sicilian life!

The strategic location of the A Marchisa Apartments 4* allows guests to easily reach the many nearby beaches such as Lido di Noto, Lido di Avola, Fontane Bianche, Spiaggia Marianelli, Spiaggia Marianelli and of course, the wonderful nature reserve - Riserva Naturale di Vendicari. All are located within a comfortable radius of between three and 15 miles.

 

Those who love hiking and the fascination of nature can take advantage of the apartment's strategic location to visit the nature reserves of Cava Grande del Cassibile, Pantalica, Capo Murro di Porco and Vendicari, all within easy reach.

 

For those travelling during the month of May, discover the enchanting 'Infiorata', a flower festival, where intricate 'carpets of flowers' adorn an entire street, celebrating the arrival of Spring.
