La Rei Restaurant
The La Rei Restaurant draws on all of the traditions of the Langhe territory. Since August 2013, two-starred Michelin Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo has taken over management of the La Rei giving his own personal touch to the delights for the eye and palate created every day by executive chef Pasquale Laera.
The Restaurant has seating for 70, and in the summer guests can dine on the beautiful terrace facing onto the slopes of Serralunga and its imposing castle.
Closure days: Tuesdays all day long and Wednesdays at lunch.
The Cellar
The Cellar offers more than 1200 labels ranging from the wines of the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato to those of the Borgogna, not to mention the Supertuscans, the whites of Alsace and Italy’s north-east and the essential Champagne.

The Sovrana Spa is a space dedicated to caring for the body and mind. With windows facing onto the beautiful hilly landscape and across the vineyards, the Spa offers a uniquely emotive experience to enjoy from a hot bath or while training.
In summer, the windows retract into the floor giving guests direct access to enjoy the natural outdoors and summer breeze.
On the lower floor, guests can be pampered in one of the three massage and treatment suites or take the wellness course with Finnish sauna, aromatherapy Turkish bath, frigidarium and both emotional and recreational showers.
