The Hotel Santa Gilla 4* is located on the edge of one of the most impressive lagoons in the Mediterranean, which gives the hotel and the entire area its name. From the hotel, you can watch a fascinating spectacle of southern Sardinia—the flamingos in flight.
The design of the hotel is thoughtfully Sardinian with calming blues and yellows gracing the warm textiles and cool tile floors. The gardens on the property are incredibly lush and frame the outdoor swimming pool like an oasis.

Classic Room (26 m²)
The Classic Rooms are located on the ground floor with a terrace or on the first floor with a view of the hotel's Mediterranean garden. Enjoy large windows that bathe the room in warm light.
Superior Room (28 m²)
The Superior Rooms are furnished with typical Sardinian elements and offer a wonderful view of the Santa Gilla lagoon or the pool, which you can enjoy from your private balcony or terrace. The terraces offer direct access to the garden around the pool, keeping things simple and close at hand.

The flights included are with either a scheduled or no-frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.
Transfers:
It may be possible to add return airport transfers at the next stage of the booking process for an additional fee (flight inclusive offers only - subject to availability). For inbound transfer arrangements, please confirm with your transfer provider when you arrive. Alternatively, please check with the reception of your accommodation. If you still require assistance, please call the transfer provider directly.
Car Hire:
For the freedom to explore your destination at your own pace, Sixt car hire may be added at the next stage of the booking process for an additional fee (flight inclusive offers only - subject to availability and Sixt office opening times upon your arrival). Please note you cannot be guaranteed a specific make of car within a certain group. The lead name on the booking will be confirmed as the named driver. The named driver must present a credit card in their name when collecting the car (credit cards in other names will not be accepted). The named driver must also present a full valid driving licence on the collection of the vehicle and in some cases, a credit card or cash deposit will be required. Please ensure that you check your car hire documents carefully once received as this will advise if there are any taxes/charges to be paid locally as well as potential mileage restrictions. Other fees may be applicable in addition to the cost of your car rental for any additional products added to your car rental.

The Santa Gilla Lagoon, also known as the Cagliari Pond, is one of the most important wetlands in Europe. Santa Gilla has a long history that includes Indigenous peoples such as the Phoenicians, Punics, and Romans from the 9th century BC. In the Giudicato era, it was the capital of the Giudicato of Cagliari on the east bank of the lagoon named Santa Igia.
