Drivers must hold a valid license for at least one year and must not have committed serious traffic violations.
If the license is not in the Roman alphabet (e.g., Arabic, Greek, Russian, or Chinese), an International Driving Permit (IDL) is required. The international permit must be presented together with the original driver’s license. It is also required for drivers from non-EU countries renting a vehicle in an EU member state.

- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) without excess: applies to all authorized drivers, partially covering vehicle damage, subject to the rental contract terms.
- Theft Protection (TP): partial coverage against theft

-In case of partial/total theft or fire in Campania, Puglia, Calabria, Catania and province, client responsible for reduced amount:
€1,000 for B/C vehicles
€1,250 for E vehicles
- Not valid if driver acts contrary to civil code art. 1176. In cases of negligence, fraud, or gross fault (art. 1229), client fully responsible.

Notes:
-GPS: Many providers do not include it as vehicles often have Android Car Play or Apple Car; Drivalia is one of them.
-Fleet: All models are representative.
-Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 2 days before scheduled pickup; after this, full amount may be retained.
-Important: If the main driver is not the booking person, email their full name to [email protected]. Credit card must be in main driver’s name. Debit cards not accepted.
