Your Board Basis —

This offer is based on a soft all-inclusive stay. (Breakfast, lunch and evening meal with a selection of snacks and drinks)

A continental breakfast buffet is served daily, and lunch and dinner is served buffet-style and are based on simple and genuine produce influenced by Mediterranean and local cuisine. During the week there are two themed nights, one of which will offer a traditional Apulian menu. 

Water, wine, beer and soft drinks are served during meals. Guests are also entitled to draft drinks from the pool bar from 11 am to 10:30 pm. There are two happy hours daily from 12 pm to 12:30 pm and from 7 pm to 7:30 pm when guests benefit from a snack and a non-alcoholic cocktail.

Please note: some dining outlets/menu items and premium, branded and international drinks may not be included and may incur a surcharge payable locally. Meals, snacks and drinks may be available at selected times only

Your Time —

Just for you: A Club Card (worth 40 EUR per person per week) entitles members to a welcome drink, access to the pool, daytime usage of the Sports Courts (upon reservation), use of the Baby Club and Mini Club, evening activities, group classes, and the themed evenings and shows. 

The hotel is filled with incredible opportunities for everyone - whether you prefer to lounge around by the poolside with a cocktail or exploring the underwater magic at the diving centre.

Car Hire —

Please note you cannot be guaranteed a specific make of car within a certain group.
The minimum age for driving a hire car in Italy is 21 and drivers must have held a full driving licence for a least 1 year.

The lead name on the booking will be confirmed as the named driver.  The named driver must present a credit card in their name when collecting the car (credit cards in other names will not be accepted).

The named driver must also present a full valid driving licence on collection of the vehicle and in some cases a credit card or cash deposit will be required.

Please ensure that you check your car hire documents carefully once received as this will advise if there are any taxes/charges to be paid locally as well as potential mileage restrictions.

Your Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers, Meet & Greet, car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services. Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.
