Sardinia is an enchanting island. Though part of Italy, it comes with its own enchanting folklore, traditions and history, its own wines and ruins. Step into another world during your stay, where sun-bleached beaches shimmer with shades of light pink, the sea glistens with emerald hues and blue-eyed, albino donkeys scale the craggy cliffs.
Residence Le Corti di Marinella is located in the North East of Sardinia, near the famous Costa Smeralda. Once a well-kept secret of local shepherds and the occasional yachter, the granite cliffs no longer cordon off this gorgeous stretch of coast from the intrepid traveller. In recent years, Costa Smeralda has become rightfully known as one of the most gorgeous areas of Europe.
We recommend visitors use our car hire option so they can best enjoy the beaches that make up this area – as well as the small towns and cultural sites. The island is dotted with stone towers that historian date as far back as 2000BC from the Nuraghi civilisation that populated the island. Though little is known about these settlers, many believe their ancient language still colours the Sardinian dialect. 

 

Be sure to explore the various towns that twist along the coast – some swish playgrounds for celebrities and luxury travellers, others populated with families and perfect for the authentic Sardinian experience.

Your Two Room Apartment Garden View offers 40 - 50sqm of space to ensure you and your loved ones have enough room to relax and lounge during your holiday. Overlooking the lush gardens, start your mornings with bursts of violet flourishes against the light blue sky from the patio.

These rooms come with a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette with necessary crockery, a master bedroom and bathroom. All the amenities you need to be comfortable, including a TV, safe and a washing machine are available.

Please Note: The bed for the 3rd/4th guest sharing is a double sofa bed in the living room. The final cost of your stay is related to energy consumption. Bed linens and towels are supplied upon arrival.

Your Board Basis —

Your apartment comes with a kitchen, so your morning cup of coffee or a quick snack are never far away. Be sure to explore the flavours of Sardinia: local dishes such as carasu (a type of bread) or gnocchetti sardi (a Sardinian take on Italian gnocchi) are perfect to be consumed on your terrace.

Visit a market and return to your kitchen area to cook up perhaps the freshest fish you've sampled in your life. On Sardinia, there are three sheep to every person, so sampling the local ricotta and pecorino are a must!

Car Hire —

Please note you cannot be guaranteed a specific make of car within a certain group.
The minimum age for driving a hire car in Italy is 21 and drivers must have held a full driving licence for a least 1 year.

The lead name on the booking will be confirmed as the named driver.  The named driver must present a credit card in their name when collecting the car (credit cards in other names will not be accepted).

The named driver must also present a full valid driving licence on collection of the vehicle and in some cases a credit card or cash deposit will be required.

Please ensure that you check your car hire documents carefully once received as this will advise if there are any taxes/charges to be paid locally as well as potential mileage restrictions.

Your Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel Documents —

Flight Inclusive Offers
You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.

Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers, Meet & Greet, car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services. Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
