Your itinerary in brief —
Embark on a 6-night tour to the heart of the Mediterranean and explore two enchanting islands: three nights in Ischia and three nights in Procida. Known as the "Green Island", Ischia will welcome you with its lush landscapes, natural hot springs, and breathtaking views.
Then, sail to Procida, the smallest and most authentic of the Neapolitan islands. Here, pastel-hued houses cling to the shoreline, narrow alleyways lead to hidden piazzas, and the air is filled with the scent of the sea and citrus trees. Experience the island’s slow rhythm and savour its culinary gems, including the beloved lingua di bue, a flaky pastry filled with lemon cream.
Though just a short distance apart, these two islands reveal distinct souls: Ischia is vitality, nature, and healing; Procida is charm, stillness, and timeless tradition. Together, they offer a journey that awakens the senses and lingers in memory.

The ideal time to visit is: late spring and early autumn when the weather is warm, and the crowds are lighter. Ferries from Naples run regularly, making Ischia easily accessible. While the island offers a range of transport options, renting a scooter or car is the most convenient way to explore its winding coastal roads.
Procida
Procida, the smallest gem in the Gulf of Naples, enchants visitors with its charm and authenticity. With its serene atmosphere and vivid colours, this island is a true escape from the crowds. Wander through narrow streets lined with pastel-hued houses and enjoy a more peaceful, genuine side of Italy, where daily life unfolds at a slower pace.

Procida is easily accessible by ferry from Naples or Ischia. The ideal time to visit is: spring and autumn, when the island is less crowded, and the weather is perfect for leisurely walks and outdoor dining. Since Procida remains authentically local, be sure to take time to observe the community's rhythms, from the markets to the fish auctions by the shore.
