Day 1: Arrival in Brentonico
Arrive in Brentonico and settle into your hotel, located on a natural plateau overlooking Lake Garda. This peaceful alpine village offers wide views over the surrounding landscapes and a calm atmosphere to ease into your stay. Take time to relax, discover the hotel’s surroundings and enjoy your first evening in a serene setting.
Day 2: Lake Garda and spa time
After breakfast, head towards Lake Garda, the largest lake in Italy, known for its clear waters framed by mountain scenery. Discover Torbole, a former fishing village, then continue to Riva del Garda, where a medieval fortress overlooks the lake. Return to your hotel and enjoy a moment of relaxation at the spa, with views across the mountains.
Day 3: Rovereto and Castello di Avio
Set off to explore Rovereto, often referred to as the “City of Peace”, and wander through its historic centre. Continue to Castello di Avio, a medieval fortress perched on a rocky outcrop, offering sweeping views over the valley and a glimpse into the region’s history. Return to your hotel for a final evening in Brentonico.
Day 4: Brentonico to Folgarida
After breakfast, travel towards Folgarida, located in the Val di Sole, a valley surrounded by alpine landscapes and close to the Stelvio National Park. Check in at your new hotel and take time to unwind, enjoying the change of scenery and the fresh mountain air.
Day 5: Dolomites of Brenta and Madonna di Campiglio
Spend the day exploring the Dolomites of Brenta, known for their dramatic peaks and alpine lakes. If scheduled, join a guided excursion in the Adamello Brenta Natural Park. Continue to Madonna di Campiglio, a refined mountain resort surrounded by forests and waterfalls.
Day 6: Val di Non and Rio Novella Canyon
Discover the Val di Non, a region known for its orchards and traditional landscapes. Explore the Rio Novella Canyon, shaped by flowing water through the rock, and visit Castel Thun, a well-preserved noble residence overlooking the valley. Day 7: Stelvio National Park
