Florence’s treasures need no introduction, from Michelangelo’s David (which is just around the corner from your hotel!) to churches, cathedrals, museums, or simply the general atmosphere of the city, with bustling outdoor cafés and beautiful squares.

Florence is all about sitting back to relax and enjoying the atmosphere, or using the city as your base to discover other parts of Tuscany like Siena, Pisa and Lucca, brimming with vineyards and beautiful rural villages

A chain of hotels and urban apartments, Room Mate is the brainchild of 3 Spanish friends whose wish it was to create stylish, affordable and above all centrally located hotels in modern European cities.

Doing away with 'seldom used' extras, they decided to focus on quirky original design, great breakfasts and a personal feel. 

Room Mate Luca is located at a neoclassical palace and was renovated in 2013. The famous antiquarian and interior designer Lorenzo Castillo surprises us with a bold mix of colors with geometric and floral fabrics achieving a sophisticated and welcoming.

The hotel, in the center of Florence, has 53 rooms, divided into three categories: Single, Standard, and Deluxe all prepared for new technologies with free internet via WIFI and flat screen TV with satellite signal.

Your Room —

This offer is based on a Deluxe Room.

Your Board Basis —

This offer is based on a bed and breakfast stay.

Breakfast is served until 12pm so you can enjoy a well deserved lie in. Come dinner time be sure to explore the local area to discover fantastic Italian cuisine.

Your Journey —

Flights: The flights included are with either a scheduled or no-frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.

Transfers: are not included.  Members selecting a flight inclusive package can add transfers at the next stage of the booking process at an additional fee.

Meet & Greet —

If you are driving to the airport in the UK, and book our package including flights, you may wish to add our Meet and Greet service. Take the hassle out of airport parking and have an official representative take your car on arrival, and it will be waiting for you on your return. This can be added at the next stage of booking process where available.

Your Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel Documents —

Flight Inclusive Offers
You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.
Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers, Meet & Greet, car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services. Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
