It has an ideal climate thanks to the influence of the Adriatic Sea and offers breathtaking scenery.

Borgo Condé is located in Emilia Romagna, in the heart of the 110 hectares of the Condé estate, where wonderful surrounding will provide to you with an unforgettable experience within the charm of the magnificent hills of Forlì.

Each Suite is a small artwork, not replicable in its uniqueness; the meticulous work of many local artisans and artists has helped to make the Suites unique and cosy, with customised furniture and unique pieces of art. Each one has a beautiful view of the vineyards and the hills, provided by large windows, balconies and private gardens.

Your Board Basis —

This offer is based on a bed and breakfast stay.  Our members can upgrade to a half board basis (breakfast and evening meal served in the main restaurant - excludes drinks) at the next stage of the booking process for an additional fee.

Taste the dishes that have shaped the great culinary tradition of the "bel Paese". The restaurants are one of the highlights of the hotel. Emilia Romagna is known all over the world as the Italian Food Valley for the richness of its typical products and its recipes.

For this reason, food plays an important role even today at Borgo Condé. Dine in any of the three restaurants of the estate, each one will offer a different experience of the wine and food traditions of the region.

Osteria
Lunch in a familiar and tended atmosphere, enhanced by a large window overlooking the hills of Predappio. Appreciate the culinary history of this region, without any special avant-gardist raid: the pasta is handmade by "sfogline" following ancient recipes. Attention has been made to the preserving the maximum freshness of the ingredients, to create dishes that reflect the natural course of the seasons.

Ristorante Il Sangiovese
Overlooking the vineyards, this restaurant characterised by a more intimate environment, where the chefs offer regional cuisine in a modern way.

Ristorante Il Borgo
Here, a fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere during the autumn and winter days, while during the summer months you can dine on the terrace in the gardens of the Borgo. Traditional dishes are revisited in a modern way, letting you discover new flavours and sensations.

Your Time —

Spa
Let the resort spoil you at the brand new spa, home to indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and Turkish bath, emotional shower and all the amenities typical of a spa.

Treatments are available upon request. The Borgo Condé is one of the few resorts practicing "wine therapy" in Emilia Romagna. They feel very strongly about the welfare of guests and the fruits of their vineyards. Hence the idea of wine therapy, to combine the well-being with the fruits of the vine. Massages are also available.

All guests receive free entry to the spa.

Gym
There is also a small gym with Technogym equipment. The gym overlooks the beautiful vineyards that surround the whole village, ideal for releasing every day tensions.

Your Journey —

Flights: The flights included are with either a scheduled or no-frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.

Transfers: Transfers are not included.

Car Hire: Car hire is not included, but can be added at the next stage of the booking process for an additional fee (flight inclusive offers only)

Please note: the driving distance/time from Bologna airport to hotel is approximately 92km/1 hour 5 minutes.

Meet & Greet —

If you are driving to the airport in the UK, and book our package including flights, you may wish to add our Meet and Greet service. Take the hassle out of airport parking and have an official representative take your car on arrival, and it will be waiting for you on your return.

This can be added at the next stage of booking process where available.

Car Hire —

Please note you cannot be guaranteed a specific make of car within a certain group.

The minimum age for driving a hire car in Italy is 21 and drivers must have held a full driving licence for a least 1 year. You must present a full valid driving licence on collection of the vehicle and in some cases a credit card deposit.

Please ensure that you check your car hire documents carefully once received as this will advise if there are any taxes/charges to be paid locally as well as potential mileage restrictions.

Your Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel Documents —

Flight Inclusive Offers

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.

Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers, Meet & Greet, car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services. Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
