- Classic Room (19 m² / max 2 persons): The Standard Room offers elegance and comfort, for a totally relaxing stay.

- Superior Room (29 m² / max 3 persons- 2 adults max): The spacious Superior Room features a large and cosy living space along with a view of the stunning Dolomites mountain range.

- Suite (39 m² / max 3 persons- 2 adults max): The Suite features a large separate lounge area, offering a luxurious and intimate setting for your stay.

Please note: the bed for the 3rd/4th guest sharing is likely to be a sofa bed or camp style bed.

Taste

From breakfast to dinner, head to one of the hotel's 4 high quality restaurants, which cater for every taste. Enjoy a meal at the Gazebo restaurant for a unique 360° visual experience overlooking the valley, or head to the Veranda to taste traditional Italian cuisine. The Chef's Private Table offers innovative cuisine, whilst the Stube 1872 will take you on a journey back in time through the hotel's past with the delicious dishes available on the menu.

Experience

You will never get bored at the Cristallo, where everything has been designed to keep you entertained during your stay: a kid's club is available to allow adults to make the most of the 1600 m² spa, or the hotel pool, from which you can admire the Dolomites mountains. Sports lovers can head to to the gym to keep in shape, or unwind in the thermarium.

- Take the A27 motorway from Mestre Pian di Vedoja (Belluno) - then take the nationale 51 d’Alemagna road
or
-Take the A22 motorway from Brennero, in the North, then exit towards Bressanone and follow the national road towards Dobbiaco

By plane:
- From Venice Airport: Take Viale Alvise Cà Da Mosto and Via Triestina/SS14 towards Raccordo Marco Polo
- Follow the A27 towards Strada Statale 51 di Alemagna/SS51 towards Ponte nelle Alpi. Take exit SS51 and follow the A27
- Follow Strada Statale 51 di Alemagna/SS51 towards your destination in Cortina d'Ampezzo

Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel documents —

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours. Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible. 

Accommodation Only:
You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Flight Inclusive Offers
The airline is ticket-less and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website. You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents. We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
