In order to ensure that the rental car is available upon your arrival, please inform us of your flight time or the time and airport where you wish to pick it up within 48 hours of booking by filling out the dedicated form in your member account. Without this information, the car may not be available in time.

Additional conditions: 

• For all non-airline bookings, customers must notify us of the airport and time they wish to collect the vehicle within 48 hours of booking by completing the dedicated form in their member account. The car reservation will be in the name of the person who made the booking and the credit card must be in the same person's name. 
• The reservation is valid until one hour after the time indicated on the voucher, except in the case of a flight delay. 
• After the office closing time, customers will be charged EUR 40. 

Cancellation: 

• Cancellation of booking by VPG: VPG can cancel a booking free of charge up to 2 days before the customer's scheduled arrival date. If this deadline is not met, the following rules shall apply: VPG shall be charged 100% of the cost of the booking. 
• In any case, when, prior to departure, compliance with one of the essential elements of the trip is rendered impossible by an external event affecting the Client, VPG, or the supplier, the Client shall allow VPG to cancel the booking without charge. 
  
• Not suitable for persons with disabilities 

Fuel: 

Fuel is the responsibility of the driver, who must return the vehicle with the original fuel level. 

Excess payable: 

Theft insurance (with excess): yes up to € 2,500 

Damage/accident insurance: (with excess) yes up to 2,000 euros 


ADDITIONAL COSTS AND OPTIONAL SERVICES (all prices are in euros, excluding 22% VAT): 

• Refuelling services: € 18.00

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.
