Flights: The flights included are with either a scheduled or no frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.

Transfers: Shared transfers can be added at the next stage of booking process for an additional fee (flight inclusive offers only.) Due to the nature of the travel arrangements it is strongly recommended you book this transfer service.

Details: Upon arrival at Naples Airport you will be greeted by our staff. In case your flight is delayed, the service is still confirmed and available for you. A transfer service will take you from Naples Airport to the port of Naples and vice versa on return. Baby seats are available upon request for a supplement of EUR 15 per seat per way. The transfer includes a hydrofoil/ferry ticket to the island of Capri.  The transfer includes one baggage per person, mandatory supplement for extra bags are payable on the spot. Mandatory supplement for Pets on Hydrofoil/Ferry is payable on the spot. Porterage included at the ports of Naples and Capri. On arrival in Capri, you will transfer by funicular (for hotels located in Capri) or by car / minivan (for hotels located in Anacapri.) The exact time of your return transfer will be confirmed with the Hotel receptionist one day before your departure. The same journey detailed above will be done in reverse. We kindly ask you to confirm this with the reception after 3:00 PM on your last stay date.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel Documents —

Flight Inclusive Offers
You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.

Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers, Meet & Greet, car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services. Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
