Set in the heart of Alta Valtellina, within the dramatic landscapes of the Stelvio National Park, Bormio, Cima Bianca boasts the largest skiable vertical drop in Italy, with an impressive 1,800 metres from the historic town of Bormio up to the summit at Cima Bianca. This legendary resort delivers a powerful blend of sporting heritage, spectacular alpine scenery and authentic Italian charm.
The ski area offers over 50 km of pistes suitable for both confident intermediates and experienced skiers. Highlights include the iconic Stelvio run, a World Cup downhill course famed for its steep gradients and technical challenge. Bormio’s reputation as a top-level destination is further reinforced by its role as an official host venue of the 2026 Winter Olympic Games.
Families are well catered for with two funslopes and a dedicated family park, while snowboarders can enjoy the Bormio 2000 snowpark, stretching around 500 metres with a 200-metre vertical drop.
