Come and discover Bolgona, the capital of the Emilia-Romagna region, that opens its arms to you. This mediaeval city still harbours architectural marvels that are proof of the city's great past. Discover an astonishing city with many different faces that has earned it a few different names such as the "Rossa" in reference to its red clay tile roofs and political soul or the "Grassa" for its cuisine.

Your Hotel —

We have selected the Starhotels Excelsior 4*, an establishment in the heart of the city and facing the Bologna central train station. Practical for getting around the city, but also for an potential excursions to Parma, the ham capital, or Modena, the world headquarters of balsamic vinegar. From the decorative point of view, your hotel boasts a classic style with modern touches. You will certainly find it pleasing! And to welcome you, a special complimentary gift (per room, per stay) will be offered to you upon your arrival. 

Sleep

Understated, functional and comfortable, the hotel rooms will assure you peace and tranquility. 

- Superior Room (23 m² / max 1-2 persons): The Superior Room is available in a Simple or Double version. In either configuration, serenity awaits you.

- Deluxe Room (26 m² / max 2-3 persons): More spacious, the Deluxe Room is available in a Double and Triple arrangement. Make the most of it and bring along an additional member of your family or an extra friend!

Please note: the bed for the 3rd/4th guest sharing is likely to be a sofa bed or camp style bed.

Taste

Because no vacations are complete without great food, your taste-buds will dance in your hotel's restaurant, the  Avorio. Homemade pastas are served there to the guests' greatest pleasure. So that you can make the most of it, you will benefit from a 10% reduction (excluding beverages, once per day). Be sure to also share convivial moments in the Fondente Bar, perfect for enjoying a cocktail at the day's end, and a typical Italian routine that you will adore.

- The Bologna Airport is located about 9 km from the hotel

Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel documents —

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours. Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible. 

Accommodation Only:
You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Flight Inclusive Offers
The airline is ticket-less and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website. You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents. We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
