Preliminary information:  

If the main driver does not correspond to the person who made the booking, it will be imperative to communicate the name and surname of the driver and his/her date of birth to the e-mail address [email protected]. In addition, the credit/debit card must be in the name of the main driver.

Important information about no-fly offers: 

To ensure that your hire car is available as soon as you arrive, please let us know your flight times or the time and airport at which you wish to collect it within 48 hours of your booking by filling in the dedicated form in your member account. Without this information, your car may not be available in time. 

Car hire conditions:

Maximum capacity per car: 2 and 3 people

Please note: A deposit equivalent to the price of your rental + approximately €300 will be required.  

Minimum age: 19 years

Age subject to supplement: from 19 to 24 years old

Young driver's fee: young driver's fee of €25 per day

Minimum driving licence: 1 year 

Additional driver: between €12 and €14 per day

Documents to be presented on site: Identity card or passport, credit/debit card in the driver's name, driving licence valid for at least 1 month.

Credit card: VISA or MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS (excluding Travellers Cheque American Express) in the first and last name of the driver.

 
Arrival and return instructions: 

Meeting point: Airport. The car must be collected and returned at the time indicated on the final voucher that the customer will receive with all practical information.

Office opening hours: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Arrival/return outside opening hours: between €63 and €75 depending on location (with prior notice to customer service).

Conditions:

Unlimited mileage: yes 

24-hour assistance: €7 per day (maximum €106 per stay)

Airport supplement: no 

Civil liability: RCA, third-party cover 

Theft insurance (with excess) :

Super Theft insurance: between €20 and €28 per day (depending on the vehicle)

Damage/accident insurance (with excess): between €17 and €26 per day (depending on vehicle)

Super Damage Insurance: between €23 and €30 per day (depending on the vehicle)

Windscreen insurance: between €5 and €9 per day (depending on the vehicle)

Personal Accident Insurance: between €7 and €9 / day depending on location, which includes:

A maximum of €100,000 in the event of death, loss of limbs or eyes or permanent total disability

A maximum of €25,000 for emergency medical expenses directly related to the accident - Medical assistance and rescue costs (under certain conditions)

Luggage up to €2,000 per vehicle, excluding hired items (where applicable and subject to a limit of €250 per item)

Cost of replacing keys and locks to the main house up to €250

Emergency travel expenses up to €250.

Super personal accident insurance: between €11 and €13 depending on location, which includes:

A maximum of €200,000 in the event of death, loss of limbs or eyes or permanent total disability

A maximum of €50,000 for emergency medical expenses directly linked to the accident - Medical assistance and rescue costs (under certain conditions)

Luggage up to €6,000 per vehicle - excluding items you have hired through us (again, subject to certain conditions and a limit of €350 per item)

Replacement of keys and locks to the main house up to €750

Emergency travel expenses up to €750.

VAT: included 

Additional costs (excluding 22% VAT): 

Extra driver: between €12 and €14 per day

Child seat: between €11 and €33 per day (€100 maximum)

GPS: between €16 and €20 per day (€200 maximum)

Dirty vehicle: between €61 and €195 depending on the condition of the vehicle

Additional conditions: 

For all non-flight bookings, customers must inform us of the airport and time at which they wish to collect the vehicle within 48 hours of booking by filling in the dedicated form in their member account. The car reservation will be in the name of the person who made the reservation and the credit/debit card must be in the same name. 

Cancellation: 

Cancellation of a reservation by VPG: VPG may cancel a reservation, free of charge, up to 7 days before the customer's scheduled arrival date. If this time limit is not respected, the following rules will apply: VPG will be billed for 100% of the amount of the reservation.  

In any event, when, prior to departure, compliance with one of the essential elements of the trip is made impossible due to an external event affecting the Customer, VPG or the supplier, the latter will allow VPG to cancel the reservation without charge. 

Vehicle adapted for the disabled: no 

Fuel: 

Fuel is the responsibility of the driver, who must return the vehicle with the original fuel level.

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.
