Please note, any included meals are usually served at the hotel’s main buffet restaurant (unless stated otherwise). Alternative food and beverage outlets may not be applicable to your board basis and/or available at selected times only. Please see directly with the hotel for further details of your board conditions.

Vehicle collection & return

Your vehicle must be collected from and returned to the airport.

Documents required on arrival:

• Valid driving licence (minimum 1 year)
• Passport
• Credit card (VISA, Mastercard or American Express only – Electron, Maestro and Kyriel not accepted) in the driver’s name

A security deposit of €400 (cash or credit card authorisation) is required upon collection. The name on the booking will automatically be registered as the main driver. The rental company reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of non-compliance.

Car hire is calculated in 24-hour periods; any additional hours may incur a supplement. Rates are indicative and subject to change. EU driving licences are accepted; non-EU licences must be presented alongside an international driving permit.

Your vehicle:

Category A car (Citroën C1, Suzuki Celerio, Peugeot 108 or similar) – up to 4 people. A specific model cannot be guaranteed.

Collection conditions:

Airport pick-up and drop-off are free between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm. A supplement of €25 applies between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am, payable locally.

Driver requirements:

• Minimum age: 21 years

Rental includes:

• Unlimited mileage
• Taxes
• CDW (Collision Damage Waiver – excludes tyres and undercarriage)*
• FDW (Full Damage Waiver)
• Theft protection
• Third-party liability insurance
• 24-hour roadside assistance
• Vehicle replacement within 48 hours in case of accident or breakdown
• Additional driver
• Destination map
• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure

All authorised drivers are insured for:

1. Injury or death of third parties
2. Third-party property damage
3. Fire, theft and vandalism (police report required)**

*CDW is valid only if traffic regulations are respected. In cases such as driving under the influence, traffic violations or dangerous manoeuvres, the driver is fully liable for damages.
**Gross negligence (e.g. leaving keys in the vehicle) voids insurance coverage and replacement entitlement.

All accidents or incidents must be reported within 24 hours.

Optional extras (payable locally):

• Tyres and undercarriage insurance: €3 + VAT per day
• Child seat: €3 per day
• GPS: €6 + VAT per day

Additional information:

Fuel is not included. The vehicle is provided with a full tank and must be returned empty; the cost of the initial full tank is payable upon collection.

Incorrect fuelling due to negligence will result in repair costs being charged.

In case of lost keys or remote control, a replacement fee will apply depending on the vehicle.

Damage such as cigarette burns, wheel damage or roof damage is not covered by insurance and will be charged accordingly.

Any traffic fines incurred during the rental period remain the responsibility of the driver.

If you book a package that includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package that does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as an agent for the accommodation provider.
