The Vasia Sea Retreat 4* is a hotel for guests over 16 years old only. Ideally located by the sea in Sissi, your sunny escape is 45 kilometres from Heraklion. This establishment—which will open in May 2023 after a major renovation—will offer you an unobstructed view of the sea, ideal for recharging your batteries.

Discover the central region of the island with its fascinating mythology, flora and fauna by Land Rover.
Stop at picturesque villages, dams, aqueducts and viewpoints to admire the whole island and its coastline, and try a variety of local products along the way including olive oil, honey, raki (an alcohol infused with cinnamon, cloves and pepper) and fresh cheese in a sheepfold.
