DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN RHODES
Arrive in Rhodes. Take your transfer to your hotel in Rhodes and get ready for a fabulous holiday!
DAY 2 - 3: RHODES
Make the most of your free time to explore the fabulous island of Rhodes. Sun Beach Resort is located in the resort of Ialysssos, just 10km from Rhodes Town. Spend your days sunbathing by the pool, or strolling through the landscaped gardens.
Head into the Old Town to see exciting ancient ruins and a maze of cobblestone streets lined with tavernas and shops. Lindos is known for its fantastic Acropolis, while further inland you'll find wooded valleys and charming villages.
Rhodes has an array of fantastic beaches: sink your toes into the soft sands of the private Blue-Flag awarded beach in front of the hotel, or head slightly off the beaten track to find secluded coves and crystal-clear waters.
Day 4: Rhodes to Kos
Take your transfer towards the port for your boat to Kos. On arrival at the port in Kos, take your transfer to Hotel Platanista.
DAY 5 - 6: KOS
Hotel Platanista is a chic property that blends post-modern Mediterranean architecture and Venetian style seamlessly with the bright blue colour of the Aegean Sea. You'll stay only 150 metres from the beach, and the city centre is a short bus ride away.
Visit the Castle of the Knights of Saint John which stands on the eastern side of the harbour, walk down the famous Palm Tree Avenue, and sip on a coffee or glass of wine in one of the little cafés.
The island's best beach is called Paradise Beach - a 12 km stretch of golden sand, but you'll also find rugged sections of coast, wildflower-filled fields, and lush valleys.
DAY 7: DEPARTURE FROM KOS
Take your transfer to Kos Airport for your return flight.
8-Night Tour
Choose the 8-night tour for even more time to explore these wonderful islands. You'll have one extra night in Rhodes, and one extra night in Kos, giving you plenty of opportunities for sunbathing, exploring and shopping.

Your Destinations —
Rhodes
The capital of the island of Rhodes, Rhodes Town is an exciting choice for a break in the sunshine, especially for history lovers! This destination contains the largest preserved medieval city in the world, so when you’re not relaxing on the beach or visiting sights such as the city’s windmills or the Rhodes Aquarium, make sure you take a walk along the old fortifications and experience this city’s ancient atmosphere.
For more views of the Old Town, head to the city’s ancient acropolis on St. Stephen’s Hill, where you can see the ruins of the stadium, the white marble Odeon, and the restored Temple of Apollo, a popular spot for watching the sunset. Back inside the city’s walls, experience Rhodes’ multicultural past as you wander past the iconic Palace of the Grand Master of the Knights of Rhodes, Gothic churches, Byzantine churches, and a working ‘hammam’!
Kos
Merging tradition, history and nature, Kos attracts tourists all year round to its sparkling shores. The birthplace of Hippocrates, it is home to a number of ancient sites located in and around Kos Town.
The city’s 14th-century fortress is at the entrance to its harbour and is worth a visit for its historical significance, as are the well-preserved Roman Baths. Should you fancy a day trip, the main villages of interest in Kos are Kardamena, Kefalos, Tigaki, Antimachia, Mastichari, Marmari and Pyli. Just outside the city, it’s also possible to visit the Asklepion - an ancient healing temple that dates back to 400BC and may have been one of the most well-known of all the Asklepios in the Greek world.
Back in Kos Town, make sure to sample some authentic Greek delicacies - some of the best restaurants are huddled around the Lambi Beach to the north of the city, where you can also take in stunning Aegean Sea views. Try some of the island’s fresh watermelons, or turn to the sea for octopus or mussels.
