Nea Makri is a small resort village in East Attica, Greece, situated on the gulf of Marathon overlooking the sparkling Aegean Sea. Until now, most visitors have been history buffs, who come to gaze at the gulf and to look at the plain where the Battle of Marathon was fought. It has now become an exciting place of tourism due to the Athens 2004 Olympic Games, with plenty of good restaurants and hotels popping up around the area.

It is ideally located just 38km from Athens. Your Time —

Just for you: Our members will enjoy free use of the parasols & sunbeds by the pool and 1 x massage per person (once per stay)

What better way is there to relax on your holiday in sun-soaked Greece than with a dip in the outdoor sea water swimming pool? There is also a children's pool, 6 seat Jacuzzi and sunbeds, all with a lifeguard present. So whatever way you choose to relax, you can do so in complete safety.

Your Journey —

Flights: The flights included are with either a scheduled or no-frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.

Transfers: Return transfers are included for members booking a flight inclusive package.  The transfer distance is approximately 36 km.

Meet & Greet —

If you are driving to the airport in the UK, and book our package including flights, you may wish to add our 'Meet and Greet' service. Take the hassle out of airport parking and have an official representative take your car on arrival, and it will be waiting for you on your return.

This can be added at the next stage of booking process where available.

Your Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel Documents —

Flight Inclusive Offers -

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.

Please check all details on this confirmation are correct.  If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents.  You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers, 'Meet & Greet', car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services.  Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your ‘Safe Senders’ list or check your ‘Junk mail’ regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
