Dimitra Beach Hotel & Suites 5* is in one of the best locations on the island of Kos. Prepare to be thrilled by the magnificent sea views, sleek minimalist design and fantastic leisure facilities on offer.
Well-suited to couples, this stylish property has a sophisticated feel, with open-air bars, chic lounge areas, and a private beach. There are three restaurants and three swimming pools to choose from, and guests also have access to the serene spa at a nearby sister hotel.

Double Sea View Room (23 m²)
Your Double Sea View Room is located in the main building or on the first floor of the bungalows. It comes with everything you need for a cosy stay including a fully furnished balcony.

If your dream holiday involves sitting back on the deck and gazing out to sea, this Sea View Bungalow is the perfect choice. With stylish interiors, and extra space and privacy, you'll have everything you need for a memorable escape.
Junior Premium Sea View Suite (35 m²)
The Junior Premium Sea View Suite are located in the side building of the Club Suites, in a privileged position overlooking the pool and the Aegean Sea. Renovated in 2017-2019, they feature tiled floors and a large furnished balcony or terrace. Ideal for small families, they feature a separate bedroom and a living room with a double sofa bed for added privacy.
Your dining choices
This is a half board stay. Your breakfast and evening meal will be served in the main restaurant (excludes drinks).
With three restaurants and two bars, this hotel is brimming with culinary delights. Flavors Restaurant is situated in the main building, with magnificent views of the Aegean Sea and serves buffet varied international and Mediterranean cuisine at breakfast, lunch and dinner. For light bites at lunch and wholesome Italian dishes at dinner, head to Cucina. Alternatively, Thalasa & Alati Restaurant Bar offers a traditional Greek BBQ right by the pool.
