The word 'Simantro' means 'bell' in Greek and the entire resort reflects the historical aspects of local architecture. Recently renovated, the Simantro Resort 5* offers a complete change of scenery in an elegant setting typical of luxury hotels.

The main restaurant, Naos, serves buffet-style Greek and international cuisine made from carefully selected ingredients for a true culinary experience. For a more formal meal, the à la carte restaurant Troulos offers gourmet cuisine inspired by traditional Greek dishes in a pleasant setting with a unique view from the balcony. If, on the other hand, you want to get closer to the water, the beach restaurant Olympos offers seafood dishes overlooking the Aegean Sea. Finally, if you're looking for a drink at the end of the day, there are four bars, each with its own atmosphere, to end the evening on a high note.
