This newly built complex is comprised of 8 villas and sits in the charming location of the village of Ormos Panagias just 20 metres from the sea. With breathtaking sea views and a close proximity to all the delights of the area, these villas are ideal for family getaways or sun-soaked breaks with friends.

Expanding across three levels, these villas feature three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper floor and one bedroom with bathroom on the middle floor. There is also a comfortable living room, dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen on the ground floor, providing everything you may need for a relaxing break with family or friends.
Guests also have a access to a furnished veranda where they can chill out and enjoy garden views. There are also plenty of convenient amenities in these villas, such as a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, microwave oven, marble bathroom and more!

The flights included are with either a scheduled or no-frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.
Transfers:
It may be possible to add return transfers at the next stage of the booking process for an additional fee (flight inclusive offers only - subject to availability). For inbound transfer arrangements please confirm with your transfer provider when you arrive. Alternatively, please check with the reception of your accommodation. If you still require assistance, please call the transfer provider directly.
Car Hire:
For the freedom to explore your destination at your own pace, car hire may be added at the next stage of the booking process for an additional fee (flight inclusive offers only - subject to availability). Please note you cannot be guaranteed a specific make of car within a certain group. The lead name on the booking will be confirmed as the named driver. The named driver must present a credit card in their name when collecting the car (credit cards in other names will not be accepted). The named driver must also present a full valid driving licence on the collection of the vehicle and in some cases, a credit card or cash deposit will be required. Please ensure that you check your car hire documents carefully once received as this will advise if there are any taxes/charges to be paid locally as well as potential mileage restrictions. Other fees may be applicable in addition to the cost of your car rental for any additional products added to your car rental.

Situated on the first of the region’s three peninsulas, Athitos is a charming seafront village with traditional Greek restaurants and history in the form of the local Folklore Museum. Further north, it’s possible to visit the remains of the ancient city of Olynthos with its fabulously preserved floor mosaics.
