Location —

The Elounda Aqua Sol Resort is situated just 3 kilometres from the former fishing village of Elounda on the island of Crete, just 200 metres from the beach and the sparkling blue Mediterranean Sea.

Crete is an island of mountainous interiors and a coast with many beautiful beaches and rocky coves. Pretty villages and towns boast welcoming tavernas with delicious traditional cuisine and attractive harbours lined with cafes. Crete is the seat of the Minoan Civilisation and ancient ruins remain to give history lovers a treat.

The township of Aghios Nikolaos is situated just 7 kilometres from Elounda and set on the lovely Gulf of Mirabello. Featuring an attractive harbour lined with open air cafes and tavernas, a beautiful lake (bottomless, so legend has it), small sandy beaches where water sports are widely available and an array of night life, you will never be at a loss for something to do.

Hotel Description —

Set amongst the lush greenery and close to the stunning beach, the luxuriously furnished Elounda Aqua Sol Resort represents a wonderful holiday destination. The hotel boasts beautiful Cretan landscapes and wonderfully comfortable, well appointed accommodation. With its own stretch of sands and a great range of facilities, Elounda Aqua Sol Resort is an ideal place for couples and families.

Rooms —

Our members will be allocated a Standard Bungalow with side sea view or pool view which can accommodate 2 adults, 2 children and 1 infant.

The resort's lovely rooms are all wonderfully furnished and boast inland or sea views. All rooms feature air-conditioning, satellite TV, mini-fridge, hairdryer, direct dial telephone and balconies/terraces.

Eating & Drinking —

This offer is based on a half board stay.  You will receive breakfast and an evening meal daily in the hotel main restaurant.

Ariande Restaurant – The Ariande is an indoor restaurant with an adjoining deck veranda offering beautiful views of the Elounda Bay and serves daily breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets with an extended choice of local wines.

Sailors Pool Bar - Enjoy all kinds of ice creams, cocktails and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere.

Poseidon Cocktail-Bar - Open daily from 17:00 till late serving aperitifs, cocktails and after dinner drinks.

Leisure Activities —

The resort's swimming pools are great for families; there is also an overflow pool for relaxation, children’s pool, spacious sun terraces, with umbrellas and sun chairs.

Aqua Sol’s animation team provides live entertainment both day and night, featuring among others, Greek nights with folklore show and various theme nights. Resort also offers a wide range of activities, including tennis court, volleyball court, basketball, billiards, darts, table tennis, sauna and playground for children.

Shared transfers are included.

The transfer time is approximately 65 minutes.

Meet & Greet —

If you are driving to the airport in the UK you may wish to add our 'Meet and Greet' service.  Take the hassle out of airport parking and have an official representative take your car on arrival, and it will be waiting for you on your return.

This can be added at the next stage of booking process where available.

ATOL Protected —

The flight inclusive offer(s) shown on this page are ATOL Protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Voyage Privé is acting as agent for Olympic Holidays with ATOL number 4108 and your contract is with that company.

Travel Documents —

Once the booking process is complete, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from Voyage Prive detailing your chosen travel arrangements.

Your official ATOL receipt and booking confirmation issued by the Tour Operator will follow within 5 days.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.

Generally, travel documents are sent via email however, in some cases they will be sent by post.

If you have booked Meet & Greet, you will receive a separate voucher for this via email. Please do make sure that you add Voyage Privé to your ‘Safe Senders’ list and check your ‘Junk mail’ regularly for your travel documents.
