Heraklion is a city with plenty of interesting attractions including the enormous archaeological museum, the impressive Venetian Loggia and the Koules Venetian Fortress. The famous Palace of Knossos is just 20-25 minutes from Heraklion, making it an easy day or half day trip from the resort.

Comfortable rooms have balcony or terrace. Balcony height is 110 cm. All the rooms have WC, bath, split cooling, satellite TV, telephone, hair dryer and balcony or terrace. Mini bar is refilled daily with water.

Your Time —

The resort has 3 pools - main pool, bungalow pool and water slide pool (attached to bungalow pool). Kids pool is attached to main pool. Sun beds and umbrellas are provided free for you at the beach & pool.

Sports and activities include: morning gymnastic, step aerobic, water gymnastic, stretching, beach volley, beach football, beach dance,  beach game, club dance, noon & cocktail game, dart game, dance lessons, tournament, table tennis, boccia, backgammon, cards.

Water Sports (extra charge, 200m from the hotel): water ski, paragliding, jet ski, sailing, scuba diving.

Wellness Center (extra charge) : Spa treatments, massage, steam bath.

Your Journey —

Flights: The flights included are with either a scheduled or no frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.

Transfers: Private transfers are included for members who book a flights inclusive package. When arriving at Heraklion Airport  go to counter Nr. 26 outside of the airport building. Cretan Holidays Representative will meet and greet you and then will direct you to your transfer. Distance from Heraklion Airport is approximately 14 mins (13.9 KM).

Meet & Greet —

If you are driving to the airport in the UK, and book our package including flights, you may wish to add our Meet and Greet service. Take the hassle out of airport parking and have an official representative take your car on arrival, and it will be waiting for you on your return.

This can be added at the next stage of booking process where available.

Your Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel Documents —

Flight Inclusive Offers
You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.

Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers, Meet & Greet, car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services. Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
