Destination...Naxos —

We are going to introduce you to Naxos, the largest of the Cyclades Islands. Lined with sumptuous beaches, this island is also home to ancient sites of excellent quality. You will have the please of being able to wander aimlessly, going on a cultural excursion or simple taking a walk in one of many exceptional settings.  And because "vacation time" should also mean relaxation, we have chosen a hotel where serenity reigns.

Your Hotel —

The Naxian Utopia Luxury Villas & Suites is a quaint boutique-hotel built on the rocky hillside and offering an incredible view of the Aegean Sea.  You will be a mere 500 metres from the beach, the ideal distance for going there everyday to enjoy its peace and tranquility. All elegant, in pure respect of Greek tradition, the buildings that make up the hotel are immaculate white in colour. To greet you in the best possible manner, a complimentary welcome bottle of wine as well as a box of local specialties (per room, per stay) will be offered to you upon your arrival. In addition, we have negotiated a free 1-way transfer from the hotel to the Naxos airport!

For your stay, you will have the choice between a suite or a villa! Perfect if you are just a few or traveling in a larger party.

- Loft Suite Garden View Private Pool (55 m² / max 4 persons): Have a great time in this elegant suite that opens onto an impressive 80 m² terrace.

Please note: the bed for the 3rd/4th guest sharing is likely to be a sofa bed or camp style bed.

Taste

Each morning, a hearty breakfast buffet is prepared for your delight. For your remaining meals, do not hesitate to ask for advice from the hotel personnel, it will be their pleasure to point out the best places to eat in the area.

Experience

You will find numerous facilities dedicated to your comfort and well-being in your hotel. A fitness room, hammam, and sauna are available for your pleasure and use. Access —

By plane:
The Naxos Aiport is about 2.5 km away.

The transfer from the hotel to the airport is complimentary.
In order to organize your transfer, please go to the reception desk a few days before your departure date with the particulars of your flight. 
N.B. The transfer is applicable between the hotel and Naxos Airport only. 

Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel documents —

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours. Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible. 

Accommodation Only:
You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Flight Inclusive Offers
The airline is ticket-less and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website. You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents. We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
