Special Hygiene & Safety Measures Regarding COVID-19 We regularly train our employees on hygiene measures. We ask all guests and employees to avoid direct contact and to keep a safe distance in all hotel areas (reception, lobby, etc.). The spaces between seats and tables have been enlarged to ensure a minimum distance. All public areas are regularly inspected according to hygiene regulations cleaned and disinfected, the techniques of cleaning the guest room after each stay have been strengthened. Heavily used items such as Key cards, elevator doors and buttons, light switches, door handles, locks and bolts, computers in public areas, desk surfaces, telephones, TV remote controls and handles of bathroom fittings are cleaned intensively and regularly. Disinfection dispensers with virus-compatible disinfectants are available in all public areas, such as in the lobby, at the entrances and public toilets. Our tables are cleaned after each use with disinfectant before new guests are seated. Hygiene measures in public areas such as the reception, furniture and service items in the breakfast room and the equipment in fitness centers have also been increased. Guests with symptoms of illness are requested to stay in their room, call a doctor and inform the reception desk. Our employees wash their hands thoroughly on a regular basis and use hand disinfectants. The working areas of our employees are also regular cleaned and disinfected.
