Puy du Fou: A unique showpark —
Puy du Fou isn’t a theme park in the usual sense. It is a vast, open‑air historical theatre in the French countryside, where entire periods of history are brought to life on a scale that feels cinematic. Across 100 acres of nature, purpose‑built arenas, villages, forests and lakes become the backdrop for shows that run all day: 20 breathtaking shows take you from Ancient Rome’s chariot races to Viking raids and musketeers duelling at sunset.
