All drivers must be a minimum age of 25 years and have held a full driving licence for at least 3 years. With the exception of normal wear and tear, the Hirer will be charged for any mechanical damage sustained during the period of hire, due to misuse and abuse.

The delights of traditional and refined cuisine complement and honour the fresh products selected from the local countryside and fresh, seasonal, organic vegetables from the garden. Enjoy fine and flavoursome cooking under century old trees in the garden or on the terrace. A lot of care and consideration is taken when creating the innovative dishes here, so guests can be assured of a delectable dining experience in a superb atmosphere.
Guests can also select a bottle or two from the extensive wine list to accompany their meals. The restaurant is open every evening and lunch except Monday and Tuesday lunch.

Foie Gras Museum
The Museum is housed in the old barn on the farm Souleilles. Opened in 1994, the Museum now offers a unique display of the production of Foie Gras. But why a museum? In the Museum's words: "The production of ducks is part of our heritage: by raising and cooking our ducks at Souleilles, we continue to write a story which started more than 4500 years. And we like to draw parallels between the work of the past and our work today."

Relax and enjoy the turquoise waters of the swimming pool, which complements the surrounding large gardens encompassing the rustic charm and tranquillity of the chateau. After a refreshing swim or walk in the park, relax in the cosy ambience of the bar with old Armagnac and Cognac. Lose yourself in a fine book in a library corner or lounge in the living room.
Mountain bikes are also available for guests to hire for the day, and offer a fun and active way of taking in the hotel's magnificent surroundings. On top of this, horseback riding and hiking are well worth the effort. Enjoy hiking on the routes of St Jacques de Compostelle, visits to the bastions in Quercy and Valley of the Lot Rivers regions.
